Well done Wiz not easy losing or maintaining at this time of year!
Had Dr's appointment this morning and he's given me some syrupy stuff (says it's sugar free on the box but on the info leaflet inside it says it contains 5g of sugar per spoonful! I'm assuming it's a general leaflet for both sugar free & with sugar! Better not have any sugar in it as I've got to take 2-4 tsps a night:eek: Apparently it should help dry up the mucus and stop me coughing - we'll see! Unfortunately no alcohol so no wine for the next few days:(.
Change of plan today as were going to have ham & bubble with pickles but because I cooked sweet potatoes last night there wasn't any LO mash! So we ended up going out for lunch and we'll have ham, salad & pickles instead tonight.
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - grilled salmon fillet, new boiled potatoes, carrots, cauliflower & brocolli (a good 1/3 of plate). Only had a Tbs of the dill sauce which came with it plus 10g of butter so I think about 3.5 syns.
D - ham, salad, pickles
Have a good weekend everyone.

Although not a prolific poster, I'm here sat on the target sofa! There's room on here for a lot more, so I hope you all reach your aims and goals in 2017.
Arkers x
I definitely want to take my place on that sofa in 2017, but I'll really need to up my game to get there. I have a significant birthday in September and I want to have lost another 2.5 stone by then.SOTW* is.... :T:j:TWIZ:T:j:T with a loss of 2.0lbs!!
Congratulations!
:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:
We have quite a few people meeting their challenge targets too - so a big well done to Arkers, chocomonsta, gettingthere, matron midge, orlao and rjhammond :T:T:T:T
So i'll start the new thread and challenge later.. everyone get your thinking caps on and decide what you would like to lose by the end of February
Thanks for the chart Shala, well done Wiz for SOTW and well done to the people who reached their challenge target - I might be one of them, one of these days! :rotfl:
If it's not too soon, I'll set my target now and go for 14 lbs again. I've set myself a target to lose 1.5 stone by the end of March, which means losing 7lbs a month between now and then.

That seems like a good SW lunch denise, surprising for eating out. That doesn't seem like a very good swap though: cough syrup syns instead of wine syns! Hope you feel better very soon.
Food shopping all done. Another thing our consultant told us yesterday was to beware of all the YS food available however cheap. Loads of mince pies and puddings around but I resisted. I was lucky though and bought 2 small lamb joints, 2 packs of marinated salmon and 2 chicken crowns. All YS. Meg would be proud of me.:)0 -
Have to agree with you Maman! I'm also hoping I feel better soon, LOL!
You did well with your YS bargains. Our Tesco rarely has anything worth picking up and meat & fish they double wrap so you can't really see what it's like and the reductions are never much any way - I think the best I've seen is a reduction of £1 on a leg of lamb so didn't bother.
