  • ooh yeah - I've to go to Sainsburys on Monday with little one to buy my brother something else for his Christmas present as that's pay day so I will get some then to try :)

feeling positive still for tonight. just amended by standing order to my savings to include the 30 a month I'd usually spend on SW seeing as I'm not going back to group when my countdown has run out (4 more after tonight).

Think I'm going to come up with a 2 week meal plan which is staples that suit us all and then I can just switch things up every couple of weeks - makes planning and shopping much easier; I can get more variety in at breakfast and lunch times that way and prepare in advance for evening meals but still have some flexibility when needed :)

L - LO Chicken saag, broccoli, pear
D - bacon and leek risotto (1/2 HEA)

Good morning everyone. The forecast is looking quite good again today with temperatures around 10 or 11. Have to say I like the warmer weather but we really need a cold spell to kill off all the bugs which are around.

Overdid the syns last night! Think I need to lay off the wine today to bring the average syns down a bit!!!

    Today's plan:

    B - toasted bacon & mushroom sandwich
L - no idea as will be at a hospital appointment with DH
    D - fish pie

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - butter 2; brown sauce 0.5; cheese sauce mix 4

  • elated to report -4lb from last nights weigh in! yeehaa 2lb off would take me to what I was before the wedding.

No real plan yet today as not overly hungry. Maybe a muller light and Satsuma shortly
pasta bake for lunch...and a mince pie - first of the year! (average syns: )
tea we are at a carvery/pub restaurant (Husband announced yesterday as I was leaving for group we are going for tea with his mum as she has niece and nephew overnight) but that's easily managed - lean meat and veggies (no roasties) and keeping all my syns for a Yorkshire, a stuffing ball and some gravy :)

    Morning all..

Weigh in for me was a 1lb gain last night. Expected as i'd eaten buffet stuff all day... hopefully it was just the food i'd eaten weighing heavy rather than an actual gain. Best behaviour today, then out tomorrow drinking cocktails  who knows what will happen :rotfl:

Great loss Denise :T well done Beanie :T and yeahhhh Lush :T:T (hope your consultant was a little nicer this week!)

Off to have my hair done this morning.. greys covered and extensions sorted :T can't wait! Must pop in to the shop on the way home and pick up a bit of fruit though as we have nothing to snack on:eek:

Menu for today - red day as hardly any speed
    B - slice toast (heb & 2)
L(mid afternoon) - chicken, pickles, cheese (hea) egg etc
T - tandoori chicken, jacket potato wedges (heb), lettuce, onion salad, mint yogurt
    S - crisps (3.5)

    Have a good day xxx

This is the 3rd time I've been on this morning to read and try and post.

Well done Lush - Amazing loss for the month of December.

Shala - It will be heaviness of your lunch - off it will be next week. I love a good buffet.

Maman - Just picked up a top in the sale in oasis that will do for Saturday and it will do for lanzarote as well. I did treat myself to a Mac lipstick though, I find that a new lipstick colour works wonders for my wellbeing......No idea why, but feel I can take on the world when I get a new lipstick lol

I was out for hours last night shopping, but I have everything sorted now and clothes for going away sorted as well. So I can just relax next week, get the house cleaned etc.

Getting my gelish nails, HD brows and cluster lashes done tonight. Looking forward to it as getting it all done for £35 and haven't had my nails done this year  At that offer I couldn't refuse.

Had 3 gins and diet bitter lemon last night and feeling strangely hungover from that today.

Still being reasonably good food wise although a few Lindt balls did fall into my mouth this week.

Felt happier last night trying on clothes than the week before, def not as much of me as there was.

Have been to the Passport Office this morning to be sent away again to have to return later with "a new form" coz I used tipex on it and had to get my counter signatory to fill the thing out twice this morning and go in and out of town paying for parking twice! However even that will not annoy me today!

Really hoping for Minus one tomorrow though I suspect it will be STS!

Well done LLS; 4lb is a brilliant loss! Never had anything like that in all the time I've been doing SW.

Good luck Lantanna, hope you get that loss tomorrow.
