Everyone is doing so well. I think my progress (well, lack of it really) is mirroring the Bairns'!

Good morning. 1lb loss this week I think I am very lucky though with that so I shouldn't grumble :D

My today's Sunday menu plan will be...

    Breakfast.. cereal A/B mixed berries.

Lunch.. eggs on toast 6 Syns clementine x 2 Apple.

Dinner.steak B potatoes mixedveg with a few green beans gravy 2 Syn

    Extra 2 crackerbread 2 Syns
    10 Syns. :):)
  • Thanks maman :) My group had a good weightloss yesterday and only 15lbs put on across the whole group which is pretty good for this time of year. We had two members get to target too.The consultant said that often happens at this time of year as people put in one final push before Christmas. I dread to think what the gains will be the first weigh-in of January!;)

We had two members with big losses (one was 6lbs and one was 5lbs and both women are very slim) and they both said they had no idea how they did it as they hadn't tried etc. Don't you just love it when that happens?!?!

That's great wiz, probably too soon for Friday to have caught up with you. Just keep on, keeping on!

:T to you too abbafan. If I were you I'd just enjoy your Christmas without going too crazy and then you have a mini target of 10 lbs. (or at worst maybe a stone to cover any holiday gain) for the new year. Just think of how good you'll feel when all the spring and summer clothes start appearing in the shops and you can take your pick.:)

Hope you're managing to maintain greentiger and you too can push on in 2017. I heard your score yesterday and thought of you.:) Fingers crossed for us later today but no idea which team will turn up: could be the sparkling players that Klopp is putting on his Christmas list or could be the one that passes backwards and couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo AGAIN!

Last night wasn't too bad for a night out. I had cold meats and salads and fruit salad as pudding. I resisted the temptation to have a nightcap when I got home so an unusual alcohol free Saturday for me. Syns in salad dressings and syrup on fruit but I did say no to a bread roll.:D

Today we're off to the pub for lunch and watch football. This pub's idea of seasonal veg with a roast is peas and carrots (with mash and roasties and a Yorkshire pudding regardless of which meat you choose). So I'll probably go for steak and salad with a side of chips.

    Today's (anticipated) EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Shreddies, HEA milk
    L: steak, salad, chips
D: melon to eat up and may make a SW snack if hungry
    Syns: chips, dressing, weekend wine:j

Looks like I'm affected by all scores that affect friends, maman! When Bournemouth scored I had to have a bit of shortbread, so it's as well that your team rallied.

Had 3 sets of visitors this afternoon - all at different times so that meant 3 teas and biscuits. :( It also meant I am miles behind with home stuff. Oh well, I might just stuff my face instead .... No no no I will not.
