I'd love some red wine but I'm a Shiraz or cab sauv person.
Yesterday I was gifted some Belgian Chocolates from friends who I had taken on an airport run and some Shiraz from a supplier in work.
They are in the naughty cupboard where they will both stay.
Sounds like you had a good night!
Christmas dinner is Saturday night and haven't sorted anything to wear. Lastminute.com I am - also don't get paid until tomorrow so cant do anything tonight, was over in New Look at lunch trying things on and I'm a size 17 in there at the minute .......not that there was much to try!Sales on already! Size 18's too big, size 16 too tight.
Dear knows what I'll end up going in tbh .............and to be honest I don't really care lol0 -
thanks for the well wishes everyone. No progress really - I have to have a 1hr appointment in January to have it taken out
it's a Tuesday too so I'd usually work but accounts manager says to take it as sick if I can't come in (as appointment is 8.30-9.30 and I'd usually start at 9 but I don't anticipate being in any fit state to work after what the last one was like)
didn't have to pay today so yayand as I could eat I got a jacket potato with baked beans and a side salad (lettuce, red onion, cucumber and tomato) for lunch - double win
I've had my mugshot just now to keep me going.
I've even managed over 1litre fluids already today!
so not so bad overall - will definitely have pasta bake and salad for tea; will maybe add extra chicken as we have some that needs using and it's lush (leftover from sunday dinner)************************************

I'm partial to a Shiraz myself.
Unless you have absolutely nothing to wear or you find something cheap I wouldn't bother getting new for the Christmas party. Save your money for treating yourself when you get to target.
Glad it all worked out at the dentist lush .0 -

Ditto to this on both counts.

Welcome, yes we will have a new thread for the New Year. There is a mix on here of people who do and don't attend a class. Damage limitation is what I would say is the good thing about joining now!
Thanks. I've had that stomach bug this last couple of days as well so timing really had been off this week :rotfl:SPCNo.18 #20 (17 £562.86 16 £678; 15 £1120.92; 14 £416.53; 13 £191.52; 12 £260.48; 11 £480.95; 10 £682.31; 9 £442.64)

-2 1/2LBS for me this week can't believe it! I have not had rice or pasta all week so I wonder if it is that? I'm now near the bottom of target range so can relax and enjoy some Christmas nibbles.
There were very few people at class today and not very many losses. I won the raffle and now have a lovely veg box to use.0 -

I'm a rose or a white girl myself
No extra naughtiness tonight here - OH and I had an argument instead. The smallest thing seems to set him off sometimes. little bit exhausting at the moment.
I'm tired and my back hurts. I may have a cup of tea then crawl up to bed.
weigh day tomorrow************************************

Evening all,
We got took out for a Christmas dinner at work today so many syns consumed:( and tomorrow it's our works xmas buffet, so another day of multiple syns, I have no chance of a loss tomorrow night! Kind of ok with it though... next week is a bit busy with off plan meals and some drinking too so that'll be a bust. Guess it's just that time of year :xmassmile I'm definitely ready for January to start and get stuck in again!
Welcome to the board MrsShazBat  we will be starting a new thread and new challenge in a few weeks but i'll give you all a heads up when it's started.
Well done on the losses FE and Matron :T
I've made two cheesecakes for the buffet tomorrow, must go and decorate them a bit and not end up tasting a slice just to test!

Have a good sleep Lush xx hope you have a better day tomorrow!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Been a very and off plan day today!
Out at 8.20 this morning and didn't get back home until 9.30 tonight!
Only on plan meal was breakfast with a couple of boiled eggs and a slice of bread with scrape of butter!
Lunch - chicken and bacon sandwich from Waitrose
Dinner when we got home - chicken kebab with salad no pitta.
Was at my sisters for lunch where I actually turned down a glass of wine! but a mince pie fell into my mouth (13 syns when I looked it up:eek::eek: - worse than I thought as I thought it would be about 10 or 11!).
We then went to visit some friends and ended up having some nibbles and a few glasses of wine!
Today's definitely been a write off but still hoping I've loss that odd half pound to get back into target range and not have to pay again and if I have I won't bother weighing in again until new year!
