-1 for me and officially signing off until 2017!

Doing things every other day between now and 02.01.2017, seeing friends, first Christmas living with Top Bloke (and Top Dog), first one with Top Boy at his dad's (16th - 26th December) and frankly, I intend to eat, drink and be merry until the new year when I will be bang on it!

Those of you staying on plan, well done, good luck.

Those of you leaping off the wagon with me  See you on the other side!

Have a lovely time and enjoy yourself! You deserve it.

I'm staying on the wagon until the 24th!

:T Well done to betty, lantanna, lois, ruby and topgirl.

I seem to be jumping on and off the wagon incessantly but it's good Body Magic!:D It's still my intention to have as many SW days or even meals as I can in between all the socialising. I thought I had a clear run to the weekend but just got invited out tomorrow evening. It'll be fun but probably involve off plan food and drink.

Did you sort out the gluten free question wiz? I'm not sure whether you've been told to have it for health reasons or just wanted to give it a try. Either way gluten free is allowed on SW: certain branded loaves and any wholemeal or granary. Some people find bread bloats them so choose not to have it. I have porage for breakfast perhaps twice a week but I find all my breakfasts (except cereal on WI days) keep me full until lunchtime. I have baked beans or eggs most days and if you don't want bread then fry up some potatoes, tinned are fine and very easy.

I didn't manage to post yesterday. Saturday evening I made mixed buffet choices: melon, grapes and tomatoes were the good parts but as I had very little wine (1 glass when I got home) it was probably not much worse than an ordinary Saturday. Yesterday was the usual half Crunchie and gravy (I'm getting a taste for that;)) along with weekend wine. Back on the wagon today.

    EESP plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: veggie (tomato, mushroom, courgette, spring onion) omelette with beetroot and cornichons
D: cottage pie with swede and carrot topping, cauli, broccoli, peas
    Syns: squirt of syrup

Yes thanks Maman the doctor told me to try gluten free and see if the stomach pains go away if not he will try me on something else. As you get older you get more things wrong with your health. I am getting very fed up with the various ailments But as long as I wake up each morning I will think myself lucky :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I had an email from the Hairy dieters this morning. They have a paid membership site that help members lose weight. I have been a member and to be honest I found it great. If it wasn't so expensive, I'd sign up permanently. Anyhow look out soon for their new plan. Looks like its a one to one support thing but it's not cheap.a mere £100 a month...
