    Morning

Reporting in with -2 lbs :j

That takes my total weight loss to 3 stone 8lbs, so I'm 1lb further than I was a couple of months ago.

Abbafan - you're doing really well and you've got the attitude you need to get to target. There's bound to be a few gains at this time of year but those few pounds will soon come off again.

Lush - 777 is 7 Speed foods, 7 glasses of water and 7 Syns a day, which I was trying to do for 7 days and actually managed 5 (and it worked).

I've only got 1 social event that might get in the way this week and that's a Christmas party with a buffet on Friday. I've no idea what sort of buffet it's going to be so I'm planning to eat before I go. DH loves buffet food so he'll probably have loads! I think he's given up watching his weight, he'd better rein it in before Spring or he'll be in trouble with the nurse when he goes for his health check.

Have a great week everyone, don't let the mince pies grind you down!

  • Ooh thanks Lois I will definitely start building a few 777 days in then :) just need to work out 7 different speed foods I can build in to a full day

in the night I woke up feeling a tad off so I had a drink and a biscuit and that seemed to pick me up a bit - enough to go back to sleep anyway. so that's 5 syns gone

breakfast: porridge (40g oats= HeB with 150ml of milk and water mix - part HeA. I find it too much with all milk)
off to gymnastic with little one and it's the last week of term so it's their Christmas party so I am going to take fruit for me. Satsuma, apple and grapes
lunch: small jacket potato with beans, spinach, cherry toms, snack peppers, beetroot and pickled onion. followed by a Satsuma
tea: not 100% however this afternoon I am going to make soup and some kind of hashed together pasta bake for work lunches so probably something from them.

for the pasta bake I'm going to use chicken (cooked and shredded) onions, celery, peas, pasta (cooked), chopped tomatoes, mushrooms and mix it all together then bake with some cheese on top (probably a whole hea as then I can easily divide that in to portions!) then I can serve with beetroot, pickled onions and spinach :)

    Morning,

Lots of socialising going on, hope you enjoyed yourself Beanie, I love an Indian.

Back on the green tea challenge today, had sort of forgotten about it again - so back on it again today. 2 weeks to drink this mound on my desk.

Have you a Pure gym near you Lush? I changed from my council one to a Pure gym and its gym at £18.99 a month. Also open 365 days 24 hours a day so it means I can go before work as the council one didn't open early enough for that.

Saturday was Minus 1 for me please Shala, was happy enough with that after being away at the start of the week. Aiming for two this week.
  • Hopefully I'm not too late to make the chart please Shala - I weighed in on Saturday and lost 2.5lbs so hopefully that's me back on track now.

I'm trying a speed week (well, five days) starting today and am looking forward to it in an odd way.

Breakfast - porridge with milk and 1 tsp sugar (part HEA, HEB & 1 syn)
Lunch - pepper & onion omelette with side salad and two rashers of bacon
Dinner - Chicken and veg stir fry with cauliflower rice
Snacks - satsuma, apple, Hi-Fi bar (2nd HEB)
Drinks - Tea with milk (rest of HEA) and sugar (1 syn)

Good loss LL - look like the 777 worked. Think I might have to try that at some time but not today as already had 9.5!

Not much Speed today but it'll have to do!

B - Marmite on toast - HEB + 1/2 for extra light spread
    L - 3 Original Ryvita, 25g Dolcelatte - 4.5 for Ryvita; 4.5 for Dolcelatte
D - lamb, red cabbage, cauliflower, mash, 1Tbs gravy 1 syn

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - extra light spread 0.5; 3 Ryvita 4.5; 25g Dolcelatte 4.5; gravy 1

Don't have much fruit in and what I have is only Free not Speed.

-1 for me and officially signing off until 2017!

Doing things every other day between now and 02.01.2017, seeing friends, first Christmas living with Top Bloke (and Top Dog), first one with Top Boy at his dad's (16th - 26th December) and frankly, I intend to eat, drink and be merry until the new year when I will be bang on it!

Those of you staying on plan, well done, good luck.

Those of you leaping off the wagon with me  See you on the other side!
