:T Well done chocomonsta and rj. Delighted for you both.
Sorry you're still feeling rough topgirl. It's definitely not time to break up for Christmas. As it's Christmassy out I'm finding it hard not to have wine syns on school nights. I'm telling myself I've got to be as good as possible when I can to save up syns for meals out. I'm telling myself but not sure I'm convincing myself.
I almost never eat yogurt gts (hope you don't mind the shortened form) but when I do I buy cheapo FF own brand and add real fruit. Mullers are generally on offer somewhere if you use mysupermarket. I think Sainsbury's might be about the cheapest at the moment.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold pork, fried veg ( mostly all Speed)baked haddock, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, runner beans, asparagus, broccoli
Syns: none planned0 -

I don't mind the shortened form at all...don't tell anyone but I respond to most things!
I tend to eat the yogurts in place of milk with my cereals in the morning but have one if I'm craving something sweet, especially the orange one. I'll have to remember mysupermarket as we're off next week.
Had my usually meat and veg for lunch and for tea I had a portion of chilli that needed to be eaten along with some of the rice that they were giving away a few weeks ago in Iceland. I did treat myself to a hifi mint bar as well.0 -
Succumbed to a couple of squares of chocolate tonight. About 3syns worth and much better than the stollen bites or wine syns I was tempted by. I'm blaming Christmas!0
