Had a really rotten few days at work, Thursday was a 16 hour day which involved chip shop :( And Friday was an angry crying in the toilets day, so cheered myself up with sandwich and cheese & onions rolls :( i swear i'd be a target if i didn't work for such n0bheads :rotfl:

Anyway to minimise the damage done, trying to get back on track with the 777 thing, however we have no speed in the house at all so it may have to start tomorrow!

Are you looking at a particular brand Wiz? It looks like some of the own brand porridge ones are Heb's - coop, asda, Tesco. If you let us know what brand then we can check them for definite.

e.t.a. the app says "Wholemeal/Multigrain bread gluten free (2 x med slice)" HEb or 6 syns so any wholemeal should count as it doesn't say a brand.

    Hi all

Had a great day yesterday, walked a lot so had some body magic to counteract the Indian meal! I tried to make healthy choices from the menu, to start I had tandoori chicken as it was the only dish that didn't have the words deep and fried in the description, it arrived on a sizzle dish and the meat was on a Deb of fried onions so I left them. The main was lamb biryani, which isn't a saucy dish so less likely to be full of ghee or cream, and it was very tasty.

Back on plan today and I've stuck to EESP, having bacon, egg, aubergine and tomato for brunch, and taco jackets with butternut squash instead of potato for dinner. I had some grated cheese on it which was half my HEA along with milk in tea but haven't had any HEBs yet and may not bother. We're out tonight (more walking and a bit of dancing) but I'm going to drink slimline tonic so I won't have any Syns either.

Shala - I really feel for you with your stressful job. I was working for nobhead and co when I got to my heaviest weight and started SW the first time. Luckily I was made redundant shortly after that so I did reach target. Enjoy the weekend and hope you have a better week.

Welcome back Romylou - good luck with your new start.

Right, better go and get ready, back tomorrow.

thanks, gettingtheresometime, I'm just "doing away" as they say. Although I'm not on the challenge I am still sticking with a SW framework (not always sticking to it, mind you). However, I've been organised enough to feed the slow cooker before I went to the match today - another win, phew - so I've avoided the takeaway trap. Off to polish my halo - before I have my next lapse.

Great win, coming from behind. Well done! Our match was a disaster. :(

I made the lentil soup and had a taste (well, a bowl) and it's lovely. Thanks wiz and input from meg.

I forgot to take pork burgers out of freezer so we're having BGTY beefburgers instead. I've never cooked HM burgers from frozen. What do others do?

Sorry to hear about the work problems Shala . Don't let the ba****** grind you down!

:T for keeping your SW head on at the Indian lois

had a sneaky peak on the scales and it says 11.4 (11.6 last Monday I think?) However not getting too excited as by the time I get to group it will probably change!

who has tried Kalettes? They are a vegetable that looks like a scruffy sprout, its a sprout bred with kale - very nice, tasted fine and I would have them again.

happy Sunday everyone, hugs to all :)
