Friday yay!
Hoping for one off tomorrow but we shall see. Went to the gym last night and my leg is mostly better. Think it might have been just stiff or maybe a trapped nerve or something. Whatever it was the walking last night seemed to sort it out.
Made a beef casserole last night so will have that for dinner tonight.
Off to Donegal on Sunday for two nights so if you don't hear from me that would be why. Planning to stay mostly on plan and get in lots of long walks and reading by the fire.
And yes this is my first solo adventure so hopefully I will be fine as I have Lanzarote around the corner.0 -
Morning
Didn't get chance to post yesterday, had a day of unplanned socialising!
Food wise, yesterday was a green day and I didn't achieve my 777 target for anything. Dinner was a JP with beans and cheese and I had plenty of salad with it but that was the only speed I had all day.
DH and I are out again today and having lunch at an Indian restaurant so not very SW friendly. The weekend looks less eventful so I'm going to go for SP and return to 777 and hopefully avoid a gain on Monday.
Right, got to go, have a good day everyone and a great weekend.

The orange ones are the only ones I like. The peri peri ones are disgusting.
On plan yesterday, busy day at my placement, <5 syns though.
Today!
B - Bacon, egg and mushroom sandwich (HEXB)
D - Tuna pasta salad (2) and melon chunks
T - Spicy lamb karahi (will post the recipe if it's any good), chips and rice.
Weekend wine syns, will have a beer with my curry though as wine is no good for that.0 -

Oooh that sounds lovely.:) It reminds me of all the Maeve Binchy type books I've read. They're always taking off to Donegal for the weekend. Lucky you! Have a great time and good luck for a loss in the morning.:A
Glad your day trip went well denise. We usually go to Epernay this time of the year but haven't managed to fit it in. Do you stay in Calais or go further afield?. I like St Omer:).
Had a lovely evening yesterday. The film was really good and the curry was too! I'm not even thinking about how many syns. (enjoy yours this evening lois)
Out again this evening and it's one of those where you order in advance and I really can't remember what I'm having. I'm sure I'll enjoy it though and then the line will be drawn.
I've had my SW breakfast (HEB toast and baked beans) and lunch will probably be a JP with cottage cheese and beetroot. Now I need to go and do my meal plan of 6 days until the next planned meal out.:rotfl:0 -
+0.5lb for me last night. much better than it could have been but not ideal.
on with a new week.
rugby this weekend so its fast food tonight and a beefeater meal tomorrow (but got a voucher for 40% off and intend to be good as im 90% sure I need to book a tooth extraction in had been hoping the tooth would last with the last repair but that doesn't seem to be the case:( )
no real plan for next week. bought some cauliflower rice reduced to 5p in asda and a veg soup mix reduced to 5p too. it says not to freeze but they are dated yesterday and I wont be around to cook them until at least Tuesday so think I will pop them in the freezer. skint already as had to buy all the Christmas presents this month what with the other expenses we've had in the year to nowsupposedly being paid on the 16th but that means the next pay run has to last almost 6 weeks :O
