  • Maintained this week. Sw lady has let me lower my target now to 11 stone 7 as even with all my naughty eating this week I still wasn't able to gain! So 2lbs to go until my new target! Xx

Hi all, really late in tonight as I went after-work shopping :o not sure OH was very impressed having to wait for tea till 9pm! Oh well.. he knows where the kitchen is if he was that bothered :rotfl:

    Great loss chocomonsta :T
I thinking of doing what Shala is doing with her 777 'challenge' and was just wondering re speed as I know this is one thing I really don't do and want to I improve upon

Join me gettingthere.. you know you want to ;)

For me it's more about getting any speed in my diet at all, as i'm really not keen, so i'm not counting portions as such, just variety. Still making sure that I have 1/3rd across the day though.

Well done lush :T I've found writing stuff down invaluable this week and i'm hoping for a good loss from it.

Pretty sure after losing my Nana, I fell off the challenge anyway.

I'm not sure you ever gave me a target Topgirl, apologies if you did. Do you want me to add you on for the last few weeks?

Did you want to adjust your target on the challenge to match your new target?

I thought i'd messed up on my 777 challenge today as I've accidently had too many heb's, however I realised I could change it to an old style red day (like SP) so i'm good :T:T

    So menu (red day)
    B - apple, yogurt, oats (3)
    L - Wholemeal roll(heb), mayo (1)chicken, salad
T - BNS Mexican bowl - BNS, onion, peppers, mince, salsa, cheese (0.5hea) salad
    S - 2 hifi bars (heb) crisps (3.5) melon, satsumas, milk (0.5hea)

7.5 syns, 8 speed, 6 glasses of water - failed a little on the water, just didn't have time to drink loads today being back at work.

Must be more mindful of syns tomorrow as I have higher syn crisps..ran out of my 3.5 syn snaps :(

have a good day tomorrow everyone xx

Hiya, bit late posting today, had another full day.

Thanks for the chart Shala and well done rjh for SOTW. :T

I'm not doing too bad with the 7-7-7 challenge, my only Syns today have been for a bit of spread on some toast and cornflour in savoury mince. I've had a mandarin, strawberries, mushrooms, tomatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots and green beans for speed and I've been drinking roibos and mint tea.

    Back tomorrow,

    LL :)

  • Shala yes please! I can't remember what my weight was when we first started the challenge... I assume it'll be 7lbs altogether? So just another 2lbs to go? It's too late in the night for this kind of mental arithmetic haha xxx

Morning everyone! Thanks for the chart shala and well done rjh!

Can't believe how cold it is here - i've been in the office for 30 minutes and I still can't feel my hands or feet! Luckily I have lots of warm clothes and boots to take to Prague with me so I should be ok this weekend.

Star week still isn't here but I feel so bloated and nauseous (and no, I'm definitely not pregnant, like a colleague asked me yesterday) Have lost my appetite because of it so keeping things light today -

B - fruit (clementines and pear)
L - jacket potato, beans, cheese (HEA), salad
D - scrambled egg on toast (HEB), mushrooms

Might have a scrape of butter on my toast for syns and I do make my scrambled egg with a tiny bit of milk, but I rarely count that as it's usually split between me and the husband.

Hope everyone is keeping warm and has a good day!

Morning, urgh its going to be a long hard road back to target.

My legs packed in as well with my treadmill efforts, reading about all you lovely people in your tiny outfits and dresses and feeling very jealous.

I long to say I'm 11 stone something again. Lets hope in 2017 I can.

    Today's menu:

B - Poached egg, new potatoes and mushroom sandwich made in toast. Was lovely and the yolk was a good butter substitute. HEXB bread.

D - Chicken noodle soup and melon and grapefruit.

    T - Cottage pie

HEXA - Cheese on cottage pie

Syns - Milk (3) and Bournville highlights (2)

I'm absolutely exhausted from waking up with this cough all the time. It's been weeks now. I could just fall asleep.

I'll leave it for now thanks Shala as I'm only on plan for 2.5 more weeks then having a week off for various Christmas celebrations. Start afresh in the new year :)

Another really cold day again today, still frosty at the back where we haven't got any sun yet!

    Well done rjh on SOTW.

Went well over on syns again yesterday so again I need to rein back in - I'm sure it's something to do with knowing that I'm not weighing in this week as doing a day trip to France! Will really have to be good for the next week or so if I'm to get back into target for Christmas.

    Today's plan:

    B - beans on toast
    L - lentil dahl
D - HM pork curry and rice

Will snack on melon & grapes if I'm peckish.

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - none

    Denise
