Thank you maman, super helpful as always and 3.5lbs is an incredible loss when you've already lost so much
I'm the same in terms of no speed for breakfast then lots for lunch and dinner - although I could increase my lunch portion as that isn't 50% Syns are a big one for me too - the week I lost seven pounds I was under 10 syns every day so I know I need to do that again.

Brilliant loss Lantanna!
A very synful day yesterday so a bit of reining in needed the rest of the week! Messed up today and have now had more syns then originally planned.
Today's plan:
B - porridge made with water, fruit, quark
L - pork & apple sauce sandwich
D - pork, sweet potato chips, beans, salad, pickles
HEA - milk
HEB - porridge
Syns - 2 slices Nimble 5; 1 Tbs apple sauce 1; 10g Lurpak lighter butter 3

Nice of you to say that betty. It was easy for me to find the post though as I remember exactly when the gain happened!
I can lose with 105 syns a week (it's what I did all the way to target) but by having a 'night off' at the weekend I knew I had a buffer if anything synful occurred during the week. Fortunately the pub I went to had new potatoes alongside steak and salad so it was OK.
I've had very little milk today (stuck to Ribena since breakfast) so I'm going to put some grated cheese on the cottage pie for a crispy topping. Yum!:)0 -
Food today probably isn't gonna be looking so good -
B - none as sleeping (on nights)
L - late lunch as in now - gammon sw chips and veg
D - gammon sandwiches using crustless wholemeal bread (hexb), naked noodle thing.
Snacks - Apple, muller light, 2 Alpen lights (other hexb), 2 cheesestrings (hexa) and milk in tea as other hexa.
Syns - wotsits 4 and a half, animals 5 Syns.
Not done my shopping yet so have run out of carrots and cucumber so none of that tonight.
Weigh in tomorrow. I have most definitely gained that 1lb, if not more! Xx0 -
Evening, back again to post the chart.. I forgot it was Monday!
Bit of a change to my menu today as I forgot to eat before I went to town  who does that? :rotfl: Picked up some alpen lights to stop me nipping to C0sta or such like. Also popped into Morris0ns and they had some Chicken Heck burgers reduced to £2 so I grabbed them, had one for lunch with my soup. They're really nice but I wouldn't pay full price for them!
Well done on getting SOTM Betty :T:TI've had very little milk today (stuck to Ribena since breakfast) so I'm going to put some grated cheese on the cottage pie for a crispy topping. Yum!:)
 mmmmm cheese on cottage pie is amazing
Right onto the chart for this week then.. we've lost a fair few people, suppose it's the time of year! :santa2:
SOTW* is.... :T:j:TRJHAMMOND:T:j:T with a loss of 3.0lbs!!
Congratulations!

Well done RJ!!! And thanks Shala for pulling this all together
I think I mis-interpreted my class leader's comments re how vodka was less in syns than red wine.....obviously just because vodka is less in syns doesn't mean you should drink more of it than you would red wine lol
As a result a bacon roll (which was lovely btw!) was needed first thing......which has also meant I now need to go swimming once I've walked the dog
Off the scales, I ordered 2 dresses to go away with - and both I think are too big. Good in one respect but now I'm faced with a dilemma ...do I keep them even though I think they are too big or send them back and not bother? Of course the MSEr in me says send them back but there's a little voice inside saying what the hell.0 -

Excuse me if I'm being dense but why would you want 2 dresses that are too big? Why not order the next size down if you like them?0 -

Not sure how but managed to lose 1lb, so I'm pleased (albeit confused) with that result. Had my salad for lunch and will do the same tomorrow - being taken to Prezzo so will wait and see if I'm goo, bad, or somewhere in between0
