    Hula hoop puft are 3.5.

Other low syn ones are French fries, monster munch, snack a jacks, quavers, walkers baked, wotsits, space raiders, snaps and ringos. Don't know the values off the top of my head, but you can use the 20 cal = 1 syn rule and none of the multipack bags are more than 6. Most of them are available in the pound shop too, so :money:

You can also use Ryvita minis as a HEXB, but the multipack ones are too small :(

Thanks Denise, i'm constantly complaining to Tesc0 :rotfl: the fruit they send some weeks is awful but they only ever refund me for the bad items no extra vouchers. I tried to get out of my delivery saver because of it but they say it's a year contract so i'm stuck :(

A £2000 saving MrsP?? was she lighting the whole street?

Well done Tweets - how is your mum now?

    Very excitingly found Tomato Snaps in a multipack from Tesc0 - 8 packs for a £1 - they're 65 cals each.

I've decided to do the 7 7 7 challenge - did someone mention it on here the other day? 7 syns, 7 speed foods and 7 glasses of water per day.. i'll see how it goes but 7 syns isn't very many

    Menu for today
    B - none
L - BNS soup (BNS, onion, chicken and orzo)
T - Pulled pork, SW BBQ sauce, corn, salad, pickles, carrot chips
    S - crisps (3.5) popcorn (3) satsumas, melon

    xx
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

Mum is home came home last Friday and got social helpers going in 3 times a day.

She seems to be doing ok but moaning about helpers and the neck brace . I let it go in 1 ear around the sawdust and out the other ear :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have been doing her laundry in laundry room so up down stairs . Mums flat on second floor and laundry room on first . So plenty exercise. I also been doing housework which I do every weekend .

Glad that your mum is home tweets.
    Hope things settle down soon.

Got two of the new small size water bottles that encourage you to drink. Expensive though and the postage was £5.50. Will buy no more as think that was way over the top.
Was it you Tweets that got yours the same time as me?

Shala - she'd been paying more than she needed to for ages. So £1000 credit refund and properly calculated monthly DD reducing it from £136 to £65 per month. In total £1852.

Morning all! I'm still ridiculously bloated as star week is due to start so +1.4lbs for me this week. Quite annoyed at how crazy my body gets at this time of the month as I'm now back over 11st (only just though). Having 4 on plan (and pretty much syn free) days this week before Prague at the weekend, to minimise the amount of gain there will be again next week.

B - watermelon, alpen light (1/2 HEB), clementines
L - lentil and vegetable soup, pear
D - ? who knows, will have to consult with what's in the cupboards / the husband
    S - alpen light (1/2 HEB)

Well done to all the losers this week.

    Good Monday Morning :)

A very surprising-1lb for me please as it was a weekend of gallivanting and eating all sorts that really wasn't very SW!

Bet it'll catch up with me next week unless I'm positively angelic :A...might try Shala's 7:7:7...

Has anybody tried this type of exerciser?

While the weight is coming off nicely there are lots of flabby bits that need tightening up and I was wondering if these are worth a go.
