    Great loss flat Eric. :)

You CAN do this FE. I think you've done well to stick to plan this challenge as I know you often get sidetracked taking food for work. Go for it!:T

I've got my meal plan and shopping list to do today. It won't be as angelic as last week as I know we're eating out at least once and I've had my fair share of steak and salad. Football is late on Sunday afternoon so I'll probably do HB steak as it's easy to do in advance and then turn around quickly.

I made a beef stew yesterday in my ordinary SC and today I'm going to reheat it so I've tipped it into an ordinary casserole to do on the hob. Not sure if anyone has one of those stew and sear slow cookers (lush?) but would I be able to use that on the hob if I needed to? Mine is quite elderly so I'd be up for replacing it if it's better than ceramic ones.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: probably a JP, cottage cheese, spring onions and pickles
D: beef stew (onion, carrots, leek, beans)
    Syns: squirt of syrup
I'm definitely having wine sys. I was saintly on Tuesday stopping at a single small glass when I was out for a meal. I really enjoyed it and have been looking forward to more ever since.;)

A wasted morning today. DH had a consultant appointment and when we got there it was supposed to have been cancelled as it was a stand in registrar who isn't able to make any decisions, GRRRRR!

    Today's another EE day:

B - porridge made with water, Mullerlight vanilla, Tesco fruit topper, which was quite tasty - I liked that it is much smaller pieces of fruit than the usual frozen fruit mix
L - LO lamb tagine with freshly made couscous (not keen on it reheated!)
D - fish pie; green stuff of some description but not sure what until I look in the freezer to see what's left!

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - wine:D

Well I started off good, having my usual cereals with a muller light as milk but then hubby offered to take me to lunch and I had chips for the first time since I started SW....and I enjoyed them sooooo much lol.

However I've been swimming tonight & walked the dog before we went to lunch so hopefully I've not undone too much of the good work.
