Go to class Shala, you'll feel better off having been no matter what it says.

I'm not even going to read it - can't be bothered getting annoyed lol.

Wish I hadn't read it made me mad enough to spit my dentures, was just twitching to reply, arrogant, judgemental and get your !!!!!!!!! facts right before trying to discourage people from a plan that we know works. However have resisted and kept my cool, just thankful that this is my plan for life soooooooooo theres no cakes, biscuits, chocolate or other naughty things in the house, have slurped two satsumas though lol.

Wiz - I've just put your figures through the syn calculator and it's coming out at 13.5 syns per 100g:eek:. No idea how much each teacake is so can't work out exact syns per teacake but certainly going to be high.

    Hope that helps!

Howdy, been to class, wish i hadn't.. 2lb on :( feeling proper fed up and like everyone can follow SW but me, but I know it's me that's ruining it.. oh well, line drawn and best get back to it this week.

Welcome to the thread Introuble

Maman, i'm sure it says in the book that it's 60g of any wholemeal bread? I vaguely remember reading it somewhere, it didn't affect your weight anyway, well done! :T:T

That's how I felt Meg, I can't stand judgemental people! People are more complicated than "just stop eating sugar and you'll lose weight"!

Right, off to sulk and hopefully i'll be better tomorrow..

Morning everyone! maman I also just eat whatever wholemeal bread is lying about the house when I have bread - hasn't really done me too much damage anyway!

Today is pay day so going to try and get all my Christmas shopping done this weekend (and mostly online I hope!)

    B - Porridge (HEB & 1 syn), raspberries
L - Mixed salad, salmon, mango
D - Carbonara (HEA) with mushrooms and green beans
    S - Fibre 1 brownie (4.5 syns), clementines

Feeling ridiculously bloated the last couple of days, just want it to go!

Minus ONE for me this week so that means I am in credit by half a pound after my gain the week before.

Finding it difficult to say on track at the moment. Only need to lose 9 pounds to get my xmas wish. Doable if I tried.

Had a very frustrating evening last night - long story short - got a debt collection letter - turns out the paid email service I cancelled earlier this year didn't get cancelled - letters about it went to my old address so first I hear of it is the debt collection letter. :( That will teach me not to be better organised and follow up cancelling stuff with a letter.

Hope everyone has a great day. Its Friday and I'm fed up and tired after a poor night's sleep and the saga with the debt collection letter- menu is HEB porridge for breakfast. Jacket spud and cheese and salad take out for lunch and lamb shank, babycorn and baby spuds for tea. I am sure there will be wine syns. Take care all x

    Feeling a bit deflated today.

Just got home from an interview at work.. It was a disaster to say the least.

I now want to eat everything in sight.. I won't though.. I'm having a fruit cider as planned tonight when I get back from the gym.

B - 40g honey nut shredded wheat (HeB)
L - bolognese with some salad
D - chicken of some kind. Undecided yet. Maybe kfc style. Sw chips and veg.

    Milk in tea as HeA.
    Hifi bar as 2nd HeB.
Cider - about 15 Syns (it will soooo be worth it!)

    Xxx

I know that feeling, just try not to dwell on it for too long. Don't let it get you down! Hope you enjoyed your cider!
