Morning
Reporting in with a loss of 2lb.
Sorry for the lack of posts this week, I was feeling quite negative with how quickly I gained weight and how hard it is to lose it, and earlier in the week I was ready to give up but had a word with myself and stayed on plan. Thankfully it has had results so I'm happier this morning. Still got 2lbs to lose to get back to where I was (3.5 stone) but I can do it.
Maman - thanks for posting your action plan to get back in target range, it really helped to focus my mind. I'm sure you will get the result you want.
Gettingthere - just tell your DS to mind his own business! If you've got space in the fridge and they're not going to be wasted, it's a good idea to stock up at such a good price. It grieves me to pay full price for Muller light, the supermarkets must have a huge markup on them if they can reduce them that much.
Good luck to anyone else weighing in today, well done to all the losers and hugs to anyone that needs one.
Have a good day.

Plus 9 for me please Shala
That's a week of exercise and being good.
Not very happy, if it was someone else I wouldn't believe it.
Really piling on weight at an alarming rate.
Anyway keep going and see what it says this week.0 -
Congrats on some great losses girls!
Glad to hear your Mum is home and getting some help Tweets, it must be a weight off your mind.
lantanna hope you're not feeling too down about the gain, you seem pretty positive and determined to keep going.
My GP has just put me on the mini-pill as a way to try and control my menstrual migraines. I noticed that one of the side effects is "weight gain" which I'm worried about - it's hard enough losing each week without an extra barrier in the way!! Do any of you have experience of the mini pill and was the weight gain significant???0 -
Morning.
-1!
No idea how and thoroughly undeserved, but the scales don't lie. Gonna use the body fat monitoring bit tomorrow once I figure it out
