Lost 2lbs this week so really pleased with that but I did come home & have a pile of toast so that's my blow out for the week!
Would really like to see a 2.5lbs loss next week - that would take me over the 1.5 stone barrier and reach my club 10 weight
As for food I probably won't eat now until later tonight - could murder a curry but will probably end up having a chilli.
Bought a lovely piece of pork for tomorrow ....so will have to stay away from the crackling!0 -
Not my finest day today
Worked til 11 last night then had to go to the next town to report my card got eaten by the ATM. Luckily Barclays were able to reissue it on the spot so I celebrated with a Costa gingerbread coffee (with cream) and this afternoon was crumpets with butter and a drizzle of honey.
Steak for dinner tonight with jacket potato mushrooms and onions .....at least I'm not having chips with it.
Not even going to count the syns I'll just start over tomorrow.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -

Hi all, well done losers and hugs to those in Need :A
Wi with .4lb loss
Maman you will be pleased to know I've had the 'talk' with the powers that be! I will be job sharing (when they get someone ). We did have a break through which made me think what have I done! When young man had meltdown, instead of violence and destruction he sat with me and talked it through :T. I'm now concerned the progress we've made with go backwards when I'm not with him. Won't happen until the new year though so hopefully the more progress we make the better for him (fingers crossed).
Downside is I move back to reception as there are so many needy children, just hoping it's not frying pan to fire
Another good thing is next week is my last unit visit for a while so less anxiety for me :T
Hopefully things are looking upIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
