Evening
Another 1lb off for me tonight :T 5lbs to my 2 stone award and 5 weeks till Xmas.. hope i'll get there
GFB, removed you from the challenge. Hope everything is ok xxxWhen you make rice do you bake it? I don't like a sloppy rice pudding so I prefer mine baked quite firm in the oven with nutmeg and skin on top.
Ohhh  that's how my mom used to make it.. haven't had any in years!!
Good luck with this week maman, you sound like you have a good plan in place!
 for your sts Denise.. has your consultant offered you any advice? Could you up your speed any more?
Belated birthday wishes Betty _party_
I'm struggling with meals at the moment, bit bored of the normal things we do so i'm going to try and find some new recipes for this week and shake it up a bit.
Hope everyone else is ok, hugs for the poorlies xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
What can I say about WI today except for...well, whoops? 3lb gain for the chart, please, Shala
First week at target and I've literally eaten everything I've been craving for the past few weeks.
Greggs Sausage Roll (17.5 syns) - SO NOT WORTH IT
Chips from the chippy near work - SO NOT WORTH IT
Waitrose mini pork pie (10 each) - absolutely worth every one :rotfl:
Hand made chocolate praline - was this ever in doubt?
Proper curry with naan bread and starters and everything - OH YES!
So, with the view that I want to be at the bottom of my target by Christmas (so I can eat ALL THE CHEESE :rotfl: ) then I am back on it like an Easter Bonnet, 100% food optimising...well, except for Saturday because I'm out for lunch then :cool:We may not have it all together, but together we have it all

[Shala consultant not very helpful at all other than saying go back to basics and reme ber why you joined sw!
Unfortunately no kebab shop near dd's new flat, plenty of restaurants but only McDs or KFC for takeaway. Had KFC but certainly not wort the syns. Will just have to rein back in again after the weekend. Denise0 -

That's a shame denise . Nothing worse than having syns and not enjoying them. I was only thinking today that it's getting harder and harder to 'choose wisely ' when out. Hope we'll both have a loss next week.0 -
I'm tired this morning after a poor night's sleep so I hope I don't find myself having too many syns. It's planned to have take out lunch from the local sandwich shop and to avoid bread syns. I think I'm going to opt for a jacket spud. Possibly with cheese or prawns but that's in mayo.
It's HEB toast for breakfast with Marmite and sw chips ham and eggs for tea. Snacks of blueberries and grapefruit and more than likely chocolate syns.
Lost the plot a bit last night and had too many treat syns. Need to avoid repeating tonight.
Have a good day all0 -
Morning everyone - been a bit MIA this week as it's just been manic at work as I'm covering for 2 other people as well as my huge workload anyway!
Not managed a work out so far but stuck to plan. Still feeling massively bloated so upping the water, speed and peppermint tea to get it gone by Monday.
B - FF yogurt, raspberries, mango, strawberries
L - Turkey subway salad
D - ? HM cheese burger (HEA and HEB), chips and salad
S - pear, clementines
Possibly going out for a friend's birthday tonight so dinner is a bit up in the air as is the synnage and HE's. Hope you all have a good day, so happy it's finally Friday!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
Oh no Emmylou! I was going to say, 'look what even THINKING about cheese does to you!' but then I read your Syn list
God I love a bit of Greggs, why does it have to be so bad for you?!
Reporting a 1lb loss this week please Shala - very pleased with that as I haven't been counting Syns/Speed properly, just trying to remember and tot up in my head. Must dig out my notebook and coloured pens for the coming week
My pork medallions were so tasty last night, I hardly ever eat 'a piece of meat' since Dad died, I always go for pastas or bakes or stews, so I really enjoyed it for a change.
Today I'm having lunch out and haven't thought about tea yetWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
its snowing here! and we just had thunder and lightening - how odd
b porridge and muller light
l omelette ? and salad
D leftover last nights HB goulash and rice
S muller light and Sharon fruit
bleugh not feeling it today. I am 4 lbs off my 3 stone award so need to plan for the weekend before weigh in on Monday.
Hugs to all that need it, stay warm0 -
Was in the gym at 6am this morning before work. Very pleased with myself lol.
Off out for dinner tonight for a birthday - so keeping it light today with just a salad.0 -
morning all,
I was going to try and get on last night but I had a truly terrible eveningHeading home from our other office (16mile trip) by car broke down. I was stranded at a petrol station 11 miles from home, in the cold, with no heating, an over heating car and in the ice-y rain
luckily a good Samaritan from JCT600 came to my aid - wish I'd got his name etc to send a proper thank you. anyway looks like something has bust my radiator in between that office and where I got to and now I have a leak and potentially need a new radiator
tough in a month where I'm at the end of my overdraft (having been over it already once) and everything else is kicking off! Luckily I made it home - although totally frozen, and under strict instruction to drive my car to nursery/work and home and no further and to put 2lt water in before each trip...
...so no SW for me last nightweighed at home on my fancy scales which are as close to groups as possible and I've still managed -1lb this week! yeehaa motivates me slightly. I had some waffles and chocolate last night but bored of them so back on it.
HeB toast for breakfast with 2 syns spread on one and 2syns jam on the other
lunch: left over spag bol (3syns) with pasta. 0.5syn jelly
tea: no idea just yet but something free or zero syn for me. maybe homemade soup or meat and salad or omelette.
I'm going to have a hot choc no (2syn) and that leaves me with 5 syn should I fancy anything else************************************
