Head wobbled. Had a glass of wine last night as I was poorly with this cold and in a sulk, but well within syns as didn't have any more.
Mine wobbled too, I had a gin lol. Just one surprisingly even thought there was more there. Awfully bloated today just from too much food in general. Back on the green tea again hoping it will shift it.0 -
Sticking to the diet and 15 syns so pleased to say my ski trousers are not as tight as last month next weeks trip will not require the larger pair which I returned with glee this afternoon.
Breafast have remained the same each day fat free yogurt with fruit
lunches home made chicken and veg soup or home made leek and potato soup. i add lentils or pearl barley in so it fills me up.
or baked potato with salad and some form of protein beans chicken and salad
evening meal cooking from the SW cook books love the chicken and spinach curry its so yummy Pg 60 of the extra easy meals book.
10 days still skiing need to loose a few more lbs as i cant control my food intake skiing though i will stay of the wine
My syns are being spent on treats had a trifle yesterday 7.5 syns i wouldn't normally buy them and today have a small mince pie waiting for dessert.
i like the sound of home made rice pudding so may give it a go0 -
Well the Spanish chicken pie was not a success - it was just too tomatoey. Will not be making it again and the 6 portions in the freezer will be going into the food waste bin! I hate wasting food but I know there is no way we'll eat them at a later date.
Was feeling a bit peckish so have eaten a 25g bag of mini party rings for 5.5 syns so will end up on 9.5 today once I've had some chocolate later.

Ashamed to say the same thing happened here.:o:o:o I'm blaming you and topgirl.:p
I was out this morning and got home to find SIL and BIL had arrived unexpectedly for coffee. Two hours later I felt I should offer lunch (no problem as it's probably DH's favourite sister and we get on well). So I quickly fished 2 lots of Bolognese from the freezer and all well intentioned laid the table with a big jug of water. DH had other ideas and brought wine glasses in! I was very restrained and had one glass and not even a very big one. So syn free food (not counting the parmesan as I've had very little milk today) but probably about 6 syns of wine.:(
Shame about the chicken recipe denise. When you make rice do you bake it? I don't like a sloppy rice pudding so I prefer mine baked quite firm in the oven with nutmeg and skin on top.
Not sure what's happening for the rest of the day. We won't want another meal so I'll probably snack like yesterday on ham & pickles, apple & cottage cheese if I need it.
I'll try again for a syn free day tomorrow.:)0 -
Yes Maman I bake the rice pudding. You can make it as firm as you want by adjusting the amount of rice to milk.

naughty mid week weigh ahead of group on Thursday and my scales say +3lb...ok I know I had a meal that included black pudding, a bacon sandwich and some chicken fried rice but really 3lb? bah one step forward two steps back over here.
Keep forgetting to use my journal which is annoying too as its then a waste of money (which I don't have enough of to waste!) bah************************************

My best friend has just broken up with her boyfriend of 4 years and over back in with her parents in the town I live in. It's a shame they split up but actually it's a good thing becuase it turns out he wasn't as nice a person as we all thought. So we're going to chimichangas tomorrow to celebrate/commiserate/stuff our faces with guacamole.
Can't wait, but will try and be good for the rest of the week afterwars0 -
Oh I forgot to say that I tried those sausages and I didn't like them I found them dry and a strange taste, I don't know what it was, perhaps they were herbs. But, no not for me.:(0

Congratulations!
Well done Chocomonsta!
Sorry to hear that life is throwing you some curve balls ginger - come back soon won't you?
Feeling a bit blah this week - sticking to it as normal and having been going swimming all week and again tomorrow but I don't seem to be seeing any loss yet this week ( yes I know I shouldn't be weighing lol) and may even be showing a gain which is a little disheartening
on the plus side I feel thinner in my clothes.0 -
