Hope to see you back very soon gfb. Don't be a stranger. :)

One glass doesn't sound too bad at all topgirl. Well done for finding the stop button. You have a good plan for today, I'm rooting for you to stick to it. Go girl!!:)

Your plan looks really good too lush, and a great breakfast to set you up.:)

I'd like to be at the bottom end of target by Christmas, so I can eat ALL THE CHEESE and still be in target range.
:D I went to Asda last night as it's close to my dance class. The Lavazza coffee that DH loves is half price so I went to stock up. Lots of cheeses at good prices so I bought some with long dates. So far only things that aren't my 100% favourites but the family like(smoked Austrian and dolcelatte) but they're in a box right at the back of the fridge so I hope they can stay there.

I also got three 10p bags of veg. 1 shredded carrot that will go in today's dinner and 2 packs of carrots and peas that I'll freeze for adding to mince or similar. Thought of meg while I was buying it. The queen of Asda bargains!

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 0.5 HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, slice ham, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold lamb, fried veg (1 potato the rest Speed) and pickles
D: Austrian ham hash (onion, carrots, mushrooms, courgette) with savoy cabbage
Syns: tiniest smear of HP sauce

I suppose I'd better have another 0.5 HEB sometime or I'll have to syn my toast!:rotfl:
  • Thanks maman, wasn't keen on my eggs this morning. I usually add a dash of cold water (in stead of milk) and it makes lovely eggs but I think I added a little too much this morning! it was still really nice though. I've had a Satsuma and a hard boiled egg mid morning so next up it's lunch but will have my soup after I've been for a walk to the bank and for a sneaky mooch in boots at potential Christmas gifts for the family :)

We have a work event tomorrow but I'll be able to eat before I go to that one, Thursday I will have a shake as I won't even have time for make up before leaving for an event! and Friday will be the same. will se eif I can get some cheap almond milk at lunch :)

Maman - I'm really hoping the Spanish chicken pie is nice as I really don't want to have to throw away the rest of it (even if it is a cheap dish!)

  • Lost another 1lb this week. Think I'll add another day this week where I have 2 healthy b's. Had 2 days last week where I did it but obviously not quite enough.

    Food today -

B - none, was in a rush to go to weigh in.
L - sw tomato and basil soup.
D - kfc style chicken, veg. Maybe a handful of sw chips.

Snacks - oat cookies (2syns), hifi, Apple, carrot and cucumber sticks, cheesestring (half hexa), milk in tea (other half of hexa), mini fingers (5 and a half).

Good luck to everyone weighing in today.

Cwtches to those that might need them xxx

    The recipe is -

    40g oats
3 tbsp sweetener (should probably syn this but I don't! Up to you I guess)
Options choc orange 1 sachet (2 Syns)
    Tiny bit of orange extract
    1 egg

Mix all together, separate into little cup cake cases and bake in oven on gas mark 5 for 20 mins.

I'm wondering whether this would be considered a tweak or not? Again, I don't really care about tweaks, I'd rather make these than eat an entire packet of cookies!!

Just remembered I just ate a triple choc muffin in Costa so I won't be having anymore Syns today. That muffin was probably about 25 haha!! Xx

Yep, that's the one and you really can have the whole carton as HEA!

I just use a normal rice pudding recipe and substitute the sugar for sweetner. You can use proper pudding rice if you have it but otherwise long grain or basmati work just as well. Just use what you have. This is Free if you use the milk as HEA or 6 syns if you use the whole carton.

The almond milk is lovely in the rice pudding but not in tea or coffee. I tend to have 500ml of the Almond milk and then 150ml of 1% milk for tea.

thanks denise - little one and I love rice pudding but it's never the same from a can! I've bought a carton on my lunch (also found out afterwards I have £8 in points on one of my nectar cards but it wouldn't use them to pay :( so going to try and use them at the end of the week)
I can't remember having almond milk before but I'm drinking more rooibos and Ribena winter spice so don't need the milk from my he. I could split the almond milk and have some cheese on some days this way :)
