I am nervous about weigh in this week because my week got off to a bad start and has continued. Bad planning, not having proper breaks for meals, no willpower and too many temptations .... Hopefully I will get away with a maintain. Would be happy with that. Have started to make use of the soup maker I bought - tasty warming soup the perfect tonic for this cold weather. Hope everyone is having a good day x

Sadly RL does get in the way FE. Hope you do manage a STS this week but whatever happens don't be discouraged. You do so well when you plan and stick to it. And now you've got your soupmaker to help you! :)

I looked in my very old book and a 28g pack of Ready Brek plus a Ryvita used to be a HEB so my reasoning makes a bit of sense. ;)

    Great loss Lois.

I am totally off plan at present as my back is in spasm & my pain levels are a tad high.

Well, I've gained. A lot. Was ill this weekend and comfort ate too. That didn't help.

    Line drawn :(

B - Savoury rice and fruit

D - Chicken noodle soup and a HEXB barm

T - Mince, tatties and vegetables

Just absolutely fed up with myself. Feel enormous and disgusting.

Feel much the same myself, its an awful horrible rut to be stuck in but lets rally round the troops we can all do this. Lets get our heads down. I need to recommit myself to it again. I've gained because I've let loads of bad habits return and I feel miserable about my size, only one person can change it me!

    Good afternoon everyone,

Wow lots of target members, I think we're going to have to order one of those extra large corner sofas to fit us all on, even though we're probably half the size we were!

Sorry I haven't been updating/posting Shala I have lost 1 lb over the last couple of weeks. Thanks for keeping score.

Of course you can!:A I'm all rallied and ready to help:D.

Sorry to hear about your back beanie. Hope it sorts itself out soon.:)

I had my dinner about 3 p.m. and I'm already feeling hungry.:(I'll have a snack in a while as I don't want to risk eating chocolate later because it's there. Feeling much slimmer today and have had 1.5l of water alongside other drinks.

I'm going home to make a SW Quiche - haven't had one in absolutely donkeys and beans!

Aiming to go the gym in the morning at 6am for an hour before work, try and wake up my metabolism. Now it may not happen but the intention is there :rotfl:

I also need a mood brightener before 9 hours sat mostly in this chair listening to rubbish :rotfl:
