    Evening fellow SW'ers..

Had a few days off plan again :o i'm a bit stressy at the minute with work but can't say too much yet. It's making me a bit anxious and when that happens I want to eat naughty but nice stuff.. why do we do that? pah.. anyway my SW consultant text me earlier, it's like she's know psychically when I've gone off plan so I need to put on my big girl pants and just get on with healthy eating!! Done pretty well today..

    Well done losers :T:T

Big congratulations Emmylou on reaching target :j:j:j:j another to add to the roll of honour :T:T:T:T

Big hugs for your mum Tweets (and you and Poppy)! Don't worry about the gain, i'm sure it's stress related.

They have a wealth of knowledge, having been there, done it, and bought the smaller t-shirt so please feel free to ask them (and us) questions!

Shala - I reached my original target in November 2010. Then a couple of years later my GP told me I had to put on half a stone as I kept being ill and she thought it was my weight so had to reset target and put on that half stone and I reached that target in July 2012.

    Good going ladies.

I've not been a good SW elf today. Picky stuff at granddaughter's birthday party and then fish & chips for tea. I have no expectations for tomorrow other than a gain. Ho hum.

  • Hi All,

Hope you've all had a good week. Last week I had a gain of 1lb, but this week had lost 0.5lb, am hoping for a 2lb loss next weigh in.

Has anyone read Joe Wicks' books, Lean in 15? Are they any good?

    Speak soon. x

Evening all, hope you've had a good weekend.

A sneaky peak at the scales this morning was looking a bit more positive, hopefully tomorrow will still show a good loss, then the scales are only coming out once a week, not every day. I've had plenty of body Magic yesterday and today which should help.

Wizkid and wanderr - the Oats so Simple that are a HEB are original and multigrain, so with any luck you've been eating the right ones.

Well done hunny, that's a great result. :T

tweets - how is your Mum? Poor Poppy looks so unhappy in the pics.

Tete - you were very 'relaxed' after weigh in day! :rotfl: For a simple BNS soup, soften onion in Frylight then add the chopped squash, a peeled and cubed potato, a chopped red pepper (optional) and some stock. Simmer until the veg is tender, then liquidise.

Back tomorrow with my first weigh in of the challenge.

Mum had her scan on Friday after waiting all week.
She is now waiting for results.

Don't know when she going home but when she does social supposed to be going in helping.

Watch this space I am hoping mum doesn't sack them off saying I will be there , If she does I will be annoyed because I work and got our Poppy dog to think of. Not liking leaving Poppy dog couple hours longer due to visiting mum after work. Will update tonight if anymore news,
