You're right Maman about the last few pounds. I'm in the same boat again after my holiday! Had 3 STS before a measly 0.5lb this week!

Morning all! I must confess to having a Cheeky Nandos last night and although I had the butterfly chicken, I had the grain bowl thing which had some sort of avocado dressing on, CHIPS, loads of extra dipping sauce and full fat pop. Then I went in the cinema and had two big scoops of ice cream. Also I visited my gran in the afternoon and she FORCED me to have a warm-from-the-oven scone slathered in real butter.
Anyway, I always 'relax' a bit the day after weigh in. Back on it today.
B - Carrot and cinnamon baked oats
D - Going to have a bash at some sort of BNS soup to try to use the frozen pieces I've had for yonks
T - Speedy Spag Bol
My main jobs for the day are to go shopping and to finish cleaning up the kitchen after the decorator, so I can do my batch cooking in a zen like state.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Another day , another dawn and I will try again. I will try and do a complete week, fingers crossed
This will be my menu for today.....
Breakfast, , oats so simple 4.5 Syns A. strawberries, raspberries blueberries,
Lunch... A Cheese and egg toasti B plus 3 Syns salad, melon.
Dinner,, roast beef B boiled potatoes roast pots, mixed veg,Yorkshire 2 Syns Yorkshire 3 Syns Apple,clementine.
Extra 2 Ryvita 3 Syns. F f yoghurt.
15 syns..
Let's hope I can get through one day at a time it's not that I am eating things I shouldn't, sometimes I don't feel like eating so I just have a piece of fruit , or a very small portion and occasionally things I shouldn't eat.:(:(

Wiz - which of the Oats so Simple did you have as they are not all HEB? If it was the plain one then it's only 4.5 syns and you could have your toasti as HEB instead and save 1.5 syns.
Tete - all gets in the way sometimes. Just draw the line and 100% on plan from today. You can do it.
I went 2.5 syns over yesterday so will rein that back easily enough.
Today's plan:
B - bacon, egg, mushrooms & beans
L - ham, tomato, cucumber, lettuce sandwich spread with Laughing Cow extra light 1 syn; beetroot; pickled onions; cornichons
D - roasted chicken breast; roast potatoes, roasted peppers, onions & carrots; cabbage; green beans; splash of gravy 1 syn
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - Laughing Cow 1; gravy 1; not sure what else yet but maybe bag of mini party rings 5.5

I do hope you enjoyed all your syns yesterday tete. I had a chicken and bacon club sandwich in the pub which wasn't worth it. Chicken was tasteless and the bacon had a nasty stale fat taste. I certainly won't be ordering that again. Chips were lovely though!:D
I've just portioned up the savoury mince for the freezer. I've kept a small portion out for my lunch and I'll add some extra Speed. I'm also trying to up my water intake, just finishing the first 750 ml. bottle.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: JP with savoury mince, extra mushrooms and courgette and red slaw or pickled cabbageroast lamb, SW roast potatoes and parsnips, swede & carrot mash, cauli, cabbage and braised red cabbage
Syns: Too many! (squirt of syrup, gravy, stuffing, weekend wine).
Back to low syn/syn free tomorrow. It's lovely and bright here, hope the sun is shining on you all:).0 -
OMG. I thought oats so simple was the same as porridge oats. They are original and only have 27g in each pk. If they are 4.5 sys it's a ripoff I thought they were HEX B no wonder I am not making any headway. I will have to reduce my 13 Syns today to 10.50

Some of the Oats so Simple are HEB but there are only 2 or 3 of them; the rest of synned.

Don't be disheartened tweets, you've had a very stressful week.:)
Looking online the only Oats so simple that are HEBs are:
34g of fruit muesli
27g of multigrain
32g of multigrain with honey
39g big bowl of original
All the rest have syns, varying from 4.5 and 10.5 depending on the flavour and size of pack.:)
Or you can have 40g of porage oats and make your own.0
