Hugs to everyone struggling just now.
Well done to all of you getting losses.
As expected, I didn't lose this week but, much to my surprise, I didn't gain either. Happy with that, BUT,I will need to be careful and not get carried away.
Good luck, lovelies.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
:T well done on your loss lush. Delighted for you.:)
Sounds like you celebrated your DH's birthday in some style and you've carried on today.:D I take it you'll be off to Ikea soon.
There does seem to be an undertone from your consultant that you were either doing something wrong or cheating before. But we know different!
They had 5% mince YS in Sainsbury's today so I bought 4 packs and a pack of beef cubes as we've taken a liking to the SW beef stew with butterbeans. I'm going to make up some savoury mince as I've run out and freeze the rest. I also stocked up on wine.:D
I was straight back on it from Saturday though admittedly that was by not eating much! and I've had a really deep filling today so again not much eaten!
Well done Lush, I love the sound of your craft room. What do you make?
I do sewing when I get chance which should be more often with the new room layout(!) and papercrafts/card and also hair bows . OH does lots in vinyl and things. I don't get much chance at the minute as I have everything else to do in the house and littlie to watch so once the new rooms are set up she can play independently in her room and I can *hopefully* get some actual sewing done!
yesterday: I had a dhansak for tea (6.5 syn) and 2 egg waffles (10 syn) and that was pretty much it all day. nothing to drink either!
did do a huge ikea run, two skip runs and assembling the flat pack furniture for our bedroom though (two more rooms to do!)
Today:
breakfast: bacon and mushroom omelette with baked beans and a heap of spinach. cup of tea, large glass nas squash
lunch: mugshot (free)
tea: nothing yet as my mouth is still settling down from my fillingI'm thinking maybe some soup once I get littlie settled (free)
I've found some tubs of shake mix in the cupboard - 3 to be precise - in vary states of use and I'm thinking of using them up. firstly because it's 2 cheap meals a day and secondly because I had the thought of having wasted that money! but to do so I need a milk I can have 500mls of a day. i'd have one for breakfast and lunch then a sw friendly tea, snacks would be boiled eggs/cooked chicken (from big bag in freezer) and fruit. I think I probably have 2 weeks worth. I know it's not the sw way and im not going to say anything to m consultant but it would be a reminder of why I love sw toonot sure whether to bother or just bin them. wish I was good at decision making!
plan for tomorrow:
breakfast: possibly scrambled eggs with spinach or fruit and fibre (heb) with milk (from hea)
lunch: homemade soup (leeks, onions, potatoes, water) followed by fruit
afternoon snacks: aldi yogurt (free) and hard boiled egg
tea: spag bol - 3 syns for the sauce. will fry off some mushrooms and peppers (frylight) to add (have to cook separately as OH dislikes them and I can't sneak them in! will serve with spinach, grated carrot and a little pasta
dentist advised going easy on my tooth for a few days so will see how I get on!
sorry tmi moment...constipated again. really need to remember to keep taking my senna tablets every day as that's the only way I stay regular!************************************

LLS - if you do decide to use the shake mixes then you use either plain soya milk (400ml) or unsweetened almond milk (1 litre) - I usually use the almond milk if I want to make a rice pudding!

Shala, can I re-jig my target for the challenge please? I'd like to be at the bottom end of target by Christmas, so I can eat ALL THE CHEESE and still be in target range. That would make my new challenge goal 5.5 lbs. Thank you!We may not have it all together, but together we have it all

Wow 24% of target weight gone already. Aren't you doing well!:T
lush , my DD did shakes with one meal in the evening to kick start weightloss. It worked fine but she started to feel shaky (excuse pun) probably because of not enough food so then she tried a decent breakfast and dinner but a shake for lunch. She'd been given them by a friend so wanted to use them up.
I've had a few snacks since my very early dinner. Ham with pickles and now an apple diced into cottage cheese.0
