Hi everyone
Well done joint SOTWs and all who managed a loss this week :T
I had a bit of a munching session yesterday which resulted in 40.5 syns
leaving me a grand total of 2 for today but I'm syn free so far so doing better than I thought
Today's menu:
B - oats with muller light lime and coconut (my fave one I think) and strawberries, washed down with a cuppa
Morning snack - carrot sticks and ribena light
L - egg, tomato and red pepper muffins with baked beans and another cuppa
T - sausages (0.5 syn) and mash with broccoli and cauli, maybe a squirt of sauce for 1 syn
This will probably be my lowest syn day for a really long time and probably my most on plan week for the first time in ages. Feeling a tad bloaty though so I hope the scales will be kind tomorrow
Have a nice evening everyone, keep warm

I'm feeling very similarly shocked, ruby, and congratulations to you too!
I am really feeling the cold this year, and I don't like it one tiny little bit. I keep joking that I'm going to put all the weight back on because it's only November, it's not proper cold yet, and I'm freezing...but then again, I have now found Asda thermal tights (£4 a pair) and the best bit is that I fit comfortably in the medium! We may not have it all together, but together we have it all

Morning all
Well I've gained 6lbs since my last weigh-in so I've got my work cut out for the challenge. Travelling always affects my weight - I'm definitely retaining fluid as my feet and ankles are swollen - so I expect to have lost most of that by Monday.
Shala can you change my target to 14lbs please?
My first task today is to plan a menu and write a shopping list, top of the list will be salad and fruit, and then go shopping.
Have a good day everyone.

Congratulations rjhammond91 on reaching target.
Today is not going to be a good day - woke up with an intense migraine, took me an hour and half to get to work, and then I find out that one of my old colleagues has passed away. She only left here 4 months ago and shortly after was diagnosed with cancer. Really not feeling it today coupled with the weather and Trump winning the election but hey as long as I stick to plan that's the main thing.
B - Porridge (HEB & 1/2 HEA), raspberries, blueberries
L - Salmon, broccoli, butternut squash, green beans
D - Beef and bean hot pot (1/2 syn) from the new mag, mixed veg
S - FF yogurt, pear, sharon fruit
Never eaten a sharon fruit before so that will be interesting later. Going out later so just a quick post with today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - out so no idea at the moment
D - HM sweet & sour pork with rice. Will use fresh pineapple in it and will only warm through in the sauce rather than actually cooking it. Only 1/2 syn for 1tsp of cornflour per portion
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - cornflour 0.5
