Well done tweets. That's a good loss.:T
Just finished listening to my team. Typical!!! We beat Inter Milan on Thursday and today we lose to Hull.:(
I bought pork in the end and I'm doing a JO recipe so a bit of tweaking to menu. Basically roast pork with masses of veg. I didn't have any lunch just been carving bits off the pork (but not the crackling....yet;)). I'll eat an apple to keep me going until dinner.
Thank you that's the 2.5 I put on last week plus 1/2 off
I am back in target range :T
Sorry your team lost0 -
Lucky you, tweets, having a team that got a win.

Morning all,
Busy day for me today, working then got yoga this evening and need to try to give the kitchen a second coat of paint in between - wahhh! I've done myself some pasta with tuna, tinned toms, red onion and a floppy looking pepper for my packed lunch (I had half for my tea last night rather than something from the freezer). I'm going to nip to Iceland for a SW ready meal for tea I think as the cupboards are absolutely bare and I don't have the time to shop and the kitchen is too much of a mess to cook.

Wow well done on the massive loss Betty and the same to tweets!
I've lost 1lb myself for week 1 shala which isn't too shabby considering I ate all the things on Friday. Back on it today and determined to lose at least 4lbs by the time we go to Prague!
On my own in the office all week so will a) not be tempted by my boss bringing cake in all the time and b) so stressed that I won't have time to leave my desk other than to heat up my soup in the microwave!
Today looks like:
B - Porridge (HEB & 3 syns), raspberries
L - speed soup, pear, clementine
D - Pasta bake (chopped tomatoes, onion, peppers, garlic, spinach, carrot, HEA)
S - FF yogurt, pear, clementine
Also trying to aim to have 2 litres of water today, no coffee (as I went a little jittery last week because I drank so much of it) and will be exercising when I can fit it in. Great loss Betty B
How is being on the social team MSE?
Hope workshop goes well TIE?
The social team don't pay to attend group so I'll save £4.95 per week(Although I just signed up for a countdown last week so it'll be a while before I feel the benefit!)
Congrats on your great losses Tweets and Romylou!
Thanks for all the congrats, it's so lovely to have like-minded people to share it with and who get how hard it is!Wizkid1 How I did it was to go right back to basics and treat it like it was my first week again. (I should add the disclaimer that I have been messing about with small gains, STS and small losses for the last few weeks so it didn't come after a period of steady losses). I wrote everything down and kept my syns to between five and ten and none of those syns came from chocolate or crisps or wine. I ate more super speed and had soup or omelettes for lunch rather than my usual baked potato with salad. It's not something I could do every week but I really needed to kickstart things both physically and mentally. I really feel back in control now and am approaching this week feeling confident instead of like it's going to be a chore.
Shala I posted my Christmas target as 12lbs please - must have got lost along the way somewhere. Hope it's not too late to add me, I might actually hit target this time! :rotfl:0 -
Well done to all the losers - Romylou that was an amazing loss! Wish I could manage that!
Your consultant is far more generous than mine! All the social team get at my group is a free raffle ticket and the monthly magazine (and that only started this year - used to have to pay for it!)
Today's plan:
B - boiled egg; 2 slices of crustless as soldiers; will have some melon later
L - LO HM veg soup; 1 slice of crustless
D - cold roast pork; fried up potatoes & vegetables; beetroot, pickled onions & cornichons
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - 1 tsp butter 2; not sure if I'll have anything else
