    Hi all, welcome newbies/returnees :hello::hello:

WI with a tiny loss so going with STS.

NOT had a brilliant week anxiety wise, thought if hubby took me to the unit this week I'd be ok but still had a panic attack when I got there. 2nd day felt it building but managed to contain it.

On the upside I sat my senco down yesterday and told her what was happening. Although the other options (children) have just as many complex needs but might not include the unpredictable violence) So watch this space!!

Off to a wellbeing workshop on Monday with my hubby (love him) to see what's on offer. This is through NHS but as I work for the county council they also offer free wellbeing counselling so might go for that depending what's on offer.

Fireworks everywhere last night and today, glad my dogs a bit deaf these days.

Have a good weekend all, I'm trying to keep busy as sons on way to O2 arena and won't be back until the wee hours :(

Guess what?! I lost 7lbs this week! Please could you add to the chart Shala :D

Very, very chuffed as you can imagine. I need to keep up the good work as I'd love to lose a stone by Christmas (though set 12lbs on this challenge as I was overambitious last time!) I've joined the social team too so a bit of a win in terms of MSE too :money:

Edited to add: enjoy the wellbeing workshop TIE, sounds really interesting. Glad to hear you may have options with work.

Wow! Betty, that's absolutely brilliant! I'm still struggling to lose the 2.5lb I put on when on holiday for over a month ago!

If mullerlights are so high, what flavoured yogurts are good to eat on slimming world?

I found muller lights too expensive so would buy a 500g pot of fat free natural and use one pot muller to flavour it. I`m at target now but still do this as I have found I prefer less sweet things. Just couldn`t fancy a muller light on its own.

The post about the man who ate 18 a day made me shudder.

wanderr - I wouldn't worry about having carbs at all meals, I usually do too. I think as long as you don't go overboard on portion size it shouldn't be a problem.

    Denise

I completely agree. I have carbs at almost every meal. If I have an EESP meal it's usually an accident like an omelette with pickles or a soup without potatoes. I think what's essential is that you maintain at least a third of Speed alongside the carbs.

    :T Brilliant loss betty
I'm sure others will be green with envy.:D

Delighted to hear you're thinking of your wellbeing tie
Keep it up. Hope the course is useful. :A

I've had a delicious but off plan Italian meal today. Far too many syns in oil and bread. Line drawn now. Belatedly I must do my meal plan for the coming week and then back on plan until a carvery on Tuesday.
Shala I do a week's meal plan in advance and the shop to go with it. Then I don't need to think what to eat day to day. :)

I very rarely eat yogurt kim except as a cream substitute on fruit when I have 0% Total.

Meal plan done. Short week because I usually start from Friday but busy weekend has moved it forward.
Pottering this evening I had a weird snack of cauliflower sprinkled with Parmesan (as I've drunk little but wine syns since breakfast :o). I've also done a 'singing swede ' for swede and carrot mash tomorrow.
    Onwards and upwards! :)
