How did your oh loose so much more than you? I'm guessing you either met recently (at the meetings) or he started way before you?

    Ditch the scales! ;)
If you can't bring yourself to throw them in the bin then put them in the loft or give them to family/friend to look after until you get to target. :)

Welcome kim. Just ask anything you need to know. EESP isn't supposed to be a long term way of eating as it's almost carb free and would be difficult to sustain. If I were you I'd try the ready meals one at a time and see which ones you like. They definitely need Speed veg added. Check the list of which veg counts.:)
We had a famous win against Inter Milan tonight so I'm focusing on that rather than the syns I've had today. Back on plan tomorrow. :)

Welcome Kim kim to the thread.

You can use the SW ready meals. There aren't really any "rules" with the ready meals but it's suggested that each pack serves 2 along with Speed foods (veg).
    HTH.

oops really? I thought they were a generous portion for one :o :rotfl:

Monring everyone! Welcome Kim Kim and shala - I'm also an in-between weigher but have tried to stick to not weighing before Monday this week!

Not really feeling it this week - I've had a visit from mother nature and it's making me all bloated and blah. Anyway today's plan:

    B - Porridge (HEB & 3 syns), raspberries
    L - Subway turkey salad
    D - Pasta bake (HEA)

Hope you all have a good day!

    Morning all
I have my menu planned for today which is:
    Breakfast: HEB toast and marmite
snack: grapefruit/raspberries and Tesco fruit topper.
mid morning syns: chocolate crispie cake (syns)
Lunch: Ham salad, pickled onions beetroot.
Tea: Iceland SW burgers, and either mcain spicy wedges (syns) or SW chips

Lunch may change to "take out" from our local sandwich shop. This is our usual office tradition on a Friday but if we have this, it will be lots of syns what with the extra bread, sandwich filling and coleslaw and salad dressing

In other news, I am thinking of getting a soup maker. If you have one, what do you think?
