Could I join again please shala? And I'd like to add my thanks to everyone else's, you do a great job with these challenges
I'd like to lose 7lb for Christmas, that would give me a good start to lose another stone in the New Year - my plan is to lose that 1.5 stone and get to my goal weight by my 40th birthday in April!!Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
Shala, I can't remember if I told you I'd lost 3lbs last week or not.. Might not of as my head was all over the shop. Was gutted not to get that last lb off for the challenge and target. I'm more determined this week. Although I rewarded myself (not sure what for), with a big fat piece of cake in a cafe in Torquay yesterday! Ooops!! Xx0

Well done on SOTW and a Miss Slinky nomination EmmyLou (feels weird typing that as that's what some people call me in real life - bet you can't guess what my name is!)
Had a move round of the office yesterday and I'm now closer to the kitchen so I should be getting more water in as before I couldn't be bothered sometimes to walk all the way there!
Also a bit of motivation is I've ordered a new winter coat for Prague in a size smaller than I usually would - only 4 weeks to go and I think I can do it.
Menu for today:
B - Porridge (HEB & 2.5 syns), clementines
L - Lentil stew, clementines
D - Hunters chicken (HEA), wedges and mixed veg
S - Popcorn (2.5 syns)

Morning all
Typical - I'm coming down with something, my throat is sore and my voice is croaky. We're going up to the midlands to see our family tomorrow including our 4 month old grandson and I really don't want to spread my germs around but I won't see them for ages otherwise.
Yesterday was another EESP day for me - we had lunch at Bella pasta, I had a rib eye steak with mushrooms and salad (no dressing). I did have a pudding though - 1 scoop of limoncello ice cream with limoncello sauce and crushed ameretti biscuit. (It was gorgeous, but no idea how many Syns!)
I'm having HB fish pie again today (I had 2 portions of fish pie mix left in the freezer so we decided to have it twice to use it up. DH will have new potatoes with his but I'll stick to veg - cauliflower, broccoli and carrot.
Thanks for your perseverance with the chart Shala and well done Emmylou, Flutterby and Topgirl for hitting your targets. Commiserations rj but well done anyway, you came very close. :T. I'm disappointed with my own efforts, must do better this time!
Have a good day everyone.

Hello rubyslippers, good to see you back. Have you managed to do a shop of SW friendly foods?Sadly I'm still feeling a bit ill today so I haven't eaten much.
Hopefully I'll wake up tomorrow a bit better.
Sorry to hear you're feeling poorly gien, at least you're eating the right things. And sometimes there's a sliver lining to stomach bugs.;)chocomonsta wrote: »I too must make some soup. It is on my to do list
Mine too. I need some recipes to inspire me.:)
What a pain coming down with something as soon as the shop shuts lois. I'm sure it's something to do with relaxing after the busy summer. Great that you've got SW friendly foods to eat up.
I'll be having an off plan meal this evening but will stay with SW until then. We're going to the cinema to see Ethel and Ernest then eating out. It'll probably be something cheap and cheerful like Wetherspoon's as we're out again tomorrow.
EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham with bubble & squeak (potato, cabbage, peas, carrot) and pickled cabbageas above

What's that B doing by the sausage?;) I'm assuming oats for HEB, cheese for HEA and synning 3 slices (6 syns) of crustless bread at lunchtime. Are they free SW sausages?
Lovely day here too wiz.:)0
