  • Well done all losers! :p

    Today's meals:

B - dippy eggs (baby napped so I got to make them :rotfl:
) with wholemeal bread heb, 4 syns for butter (so worth it!)
L - jacket spud, beans, cheese 2 x hea, salad
D - BNS risotto with veg on the side
Snacks - mugshot, banana, pear, cheese hea
    Milk hea

Might have some crisps or a choc bar to use up my syns as only have 4 so far. Also going for a walk later with baby, he's 12 weeks old today and I have those milestone cards and want to get a picture of him in the autumnal leaves if possible.

Horrible foggy damp day today with very little wind. Have put washing on line but not really expecting it to dry properly but hopefully won't need too long in tumble dryer when I bring it back in.

    Well done Emmylou on SOTW.

Been shopping and went to local butchers and have bought a big box of chicken breasts, skinned and boned. Work out about £1 each but they are bigger than SM ones. Think chicken may appear on the menu a few times this month! Have also ordered my christmas meat which I can pick up at the beginning of December. Have cleared space in freezer to accommodate it all.

    Today's plan:

B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - LO leek & potato soup; jacket potato with LO chicken & veg curry (couldn't eat it all!)
D - shepherds pie using up some of the batch cooked savoury mince from freezer; kale

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - not had any yet and not sure what I'll have but possibly some dark chocolate

    Denise

Been good so far Shreddies 35gms (for breakfast it is just not enough) followed by a banana.
I did 2 hours gardening in the cold and damp so made some potato and leek soup and followed that with a prawn salad dessert= 2 yogurts as they were Benecol ones thats a few syns taken 3 each I think
Jammie dodger 4 syns may have to stay in the pack today

I have Hello Fresh Teriyaki chicken with rice and Bok Choy tonight but will omit the cashews on my dish (as an additional 4 syns) and the coconut powder in the rice as cant seen to find how many syns coconut powder is.

I did have a jammy dodger one last night Denise, remaining syns are always used up before bed
I cant let those syns go to waist!!!!

Lushlifesaver - to me it doesn't seem like you are eating enough. A mugshot thingy for lunch wouldn't fill me. Maybe try eating more free and speed foods? I'm normally a slow loser too so know how demoralising it is. X

Wanderr - you can have 40grams of Shreddies now as your heb :)

Thanks flutterby - I've tried eating more and it's not helped then today I just don't have an appetite at all :/ I have had an aldi be light coronation tuna can though (1 syn).

I'm going to do overnight oats tonight (no frozen fruit so I'll just add some grated apple and have it with a Satsuma for tomorrow morning. Lunch I'm going to prep whilst cooking tonight's tea - I think I will have a chicken salad (chicken, lettuce, pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, pickled onion and cottage cheese) then for tea I'll have fish and rice I think (with carrots, cauliflower and peas/mushy peas plus mushroom and tomato) as I'm going to do the others something equally quick and easy.

I think I need to get some soup made up and in the freezer and some casseroles/stews on the go as I'm wanting hot lunches but don't always get prep time

Oh it's not small on mine, Shala and being SOTW here has made me all :D:D:D

Found out yesterday I've been nominated for Miss Slinky which also gave me a big cheesy grin!

Not sure there'll be a loss this week, am having the [STRIKE]shark[/STRIKE] star week from hell, and I want to eat EVERYTHING. Plus, it was DH's birthday yesterday and we tried a new local restaurant and it was divine. When they're doing a set price lunch where three courses are less than £13, you have to have all three don't you :rotfl:

I had baked brie to start, then haddock on a bed of green beans and courgetti in a beurre blanc sauce, with roasted new potatoes and vegetables (roasted carrots and courgette, and spiced red cabbage) and we shared the chocolate hazelnut mousse and the "eton-mess-ish" (meringue, ice cream, marshmallow, raspberries and raspberry sauce) because I couldn't decide which one I wanted most (he's a good husband!) We have to go back at least three more times because I need to try the rest of the dessert choices :p (and this is why I am at Slimming World)>

I am trying to haul it back the rest of this week having SP days but being on doesn't help at all. Oh well...2.5 lbs to target and 3 weeks of countdown left
We may not have it all together, but together we have it all

Thanks greentiger, I'll make myself at home.
Sadly I'm still feeling a bit ill today so I haven't eaten much.
Lunch was purple sprouting broccoli with bacon and an egg and dinner was cauliflower and potatoes. Odd combinations I know but I wanted to keep everything bland.

Hopefully I'll wake up tomorrow a bit better.
    Trying to keep in budget.
