Cancelling contact at the last minute is separate to the transport issue.

    Share the transport.

If the consistency becomes an issue, go back to mediation?
  • Yes He did.

Mediation doesn't matter to him. Spent time in mediation agreed a contact plan.. finalised mediation week later he changes it. A contact order would make no difference either.

I was wondering the same thing. If agreements were put in place in mediation there would have been no need to go to court about anything surely? If there is no contact order in place then what exactly was done in court?
  • Divorce finalisation. House and assets. By then we had agreed an alternative contact plan as it is now. Although it was his suggestion. I thought about it andoes agreed it made sense as he wouldnt agree to any of the other proposals I had put to him. So there was no need for a contact order hearing as well.

Sorry the sarcasm isn't readable in writing if that makes sense.

And out of curiosity how was all this split?

    Perhaps he feels aggrieved?
