Hi from a new forum member!!
Have just noticed that this Nectar offer is managed by TLC Marketing - didn't they get into trouble with the BBC Watchdog programme recently for a misleading promotion? I hope they've improved things since!0 -
You're getting a bit slow in your old age, Martin.

Just applied for mine and have been told that I will get email within 7 days. I used my old card as I have not yet received a new one and it went through ok.0

Just got an email from Nectar, saying they cant offer me the treat I applied for (I went for 1st choice Back Massage, 2nd choice Head Massage).
They offered me..... 'a day out'
I have checked out the venues, and they are pretty crap e.g. local football stadium tour..*Yawn*
I think I will be phoning them tomorrow to ask if I can change it to a pamper treat.
Very dissapointing.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
I applied for a massage, and got voucher for a DAY OUT !!!0

Yes, me too, and my friend got exactly the same:mad: What a con, do they take us for a bunch of suckers?Think the answer to that one is yes:o
Has anybody got what they asked for???? My glass is half full :beer:0 -
Same - I applied for facial and got a day out voucher!
I think this could be a bit of an embarrassment for Sainsburys if they can't honour our requests!!0 -
Snap.
First choice was a back massage, second choice was reiki.
Voucher - day out.
I'll be on the phone to them shortly.
I wonder if there are some geographical issues with availability of the pampering treats - I'm near Glasgow.
The day outs in Scotland are pretty poor anyway, plus you would be doing it on your own unless you pay for a companion. It's one thing going for a pamper alone, but not the same to go for a day out.0 -
okay so help me, i have used my nectar card only 5 days ago at vue cinema so how do i go about getting the new card and applying for treat.

I asked for pedicure or facial and received day out. Many of the days offered are FREE anyway. Why ring them when the calls cost 4p per min.
This could be a con to increase revenue from telephone calls.0
