Does the voucher have the Necter holders name on, or can anyone use them?0

I tried this and got the message about my card number or postcode being invalid. Do I have to wait for a new card before applying? Will I even be getting a new card? My concern is that by the time my new card arrives (assuming I'm getting one) the offer will be closed. Do I have to order a new card or does it come automatically?0

yes i also tried to apply.
the site tells me my post code is invalid.... er hello!!!!
rubbish web site0 -
This threat thing sounds good in theory but a) only the primary cardholder can have one, b) they allocate you a venue close to your postcode (what if I'd prefer a facial near my work then?) and c) I cannot see how to choose a particular "Day out" treat, as they tell you all the options but the claim form has no field to input your choice, all it says is Treat: Day Out". Very inflexible.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Hi thank you for the e-mail Martin. Went on to the site and was told post card is invalid????? and to ring a number. I did so and guess what? It keeps saying the lines are busy and i held on and held on and in the end gave up:(( This is an 0845 number too i could do with a pampering after all of this sore neck holding on the phone:)Do a little kindness every day.;)0

Thanks for the offer Martin, definately need the new card pack as if not you get this message:-
Oops! The card number or postcode you've entered is invalid, please check and try again. Remember, only primary card holders who received a free treat pack can claim.
Think I will try it with my 'other' nectar card later..;)I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -

You need to be an active card holder, which it has defined as someone who has collected or spent Nectar points in the past few months; and the trigger is when you receive your new Nectar card, which should happen in the next 6 weeks.
Once you have this you can claim your free treat - so don't just put the card away and forget about it.0 -
When i saw this offer earlier in the week, I also tried to find out more online, and got the "Oops..your postcode etc...", so I called Nectar.
I spoke to someone straight away who advised they are having trouble with their website & said I can do it all online. So I did.
Now waiting for my voucher!
I haven't received a new nectar card & was never asked by the lady from nectar who I spoke to if I had or not. There was no mention of this at all.
Also, I don't think you can allow others to claim vouchers on your behalf, as the offer is only for the Primary Card Holder.
Thanks everyone for your constant great tips!
My collegues laugh at me & my money saving but I say the jokes on them!!! :T

I have just rcvd new card but number is same as old one. No probs logging in and selecting treat. With pamper treats they do not say where they are located, just that they will advise you based on your postcode. To claim at venue you must book in advance, then present voucher (which will be e-mailed within 7 days) along with your Nectar card. As long as the name on the card and voucher match to the sex of the person presenting themselves I don't see that it will matter if they are not the cardholder. It's not like they're going to ask to see your passport as proof!0
