I was given £20 in nectar points for complaining about my treat, now I'm very happy... and about to go to Sainsburys to spend them!Live on £11k in 2011

I got my treat, called to book the appointment, only to be told that they had informed Nectar that they would not be participating. I've reported this to Nectar, but am still waiting for their response.
