My son and I applied for a massage or Indian head massage and we both received a day out voucher. And it was delayed due to some problem explained in the letter but according to that letter that wasn't why we didn't get the treat of our choice. Maybe it would have been better if you applied for a treat but had to take pot luck and Nectars choice because effectively thats what has happen.
On a positive note we have got two voucher so my son and his girlfriend can have a day out together.0 -
Wow! I'm honestly stunned by the amount of miserable people complaining about getting something for FREE!
I got my first choice (a manicure - worth £18 at a salon a short walk from my house), but would have been happy with any of the offers for free!!
I'm guessing Sainsbury weren't banking on so many people complaining about getting something for free, and hence didn't dedicate many staff to deal with complaints.
And thanks to you miserable lot who complained, I very much doubt if they'll ever bother trying to do anything nice again.
Isn't it the thought that counts?!?!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

If theyve only got 10 proper vouchers, they should say so up front, rather than leading people to believe they will receive either their first or second choice.illegitimi non carborundum0 -
Oh wow.....
....I got what I asked for and more importantly its local!!
How surprised and Happy am I?
I have been having a really rough year, we were flooded. Our house is a mess, we lost so much stuff that cannot be relaced.
I figured with my recent luck I would end up being offered nothing like what I asked for.
Its made my day!0 -

Another offer to swop with you.
My wife got a goat farm visit, wanted a facial or a manicure, applied within an hour of getting the offer. They shouldnt offer something they couldnt fulfill0 -
I tried to claim on-line and it came up with card no. already had voucher. Did ring to query and spent about 15 mins talking with a woman with an Indian accent who did not help satisfactorily, kept consulting supervisor and asking to repeat info. (Phone revenue?) Waiting, without much hope, to see if anything happens. Did want a back rub not a day out so not much hope of getting anything of use at all.
Guy on phone suggested the message about treat already supplied was an error message triggered by the fact I put a different address to the last one registered with them.0 -
From the website: "To celebrate the launch of our new world of treats and as a one-off special 'thank you' for collecting points, we are giving you a completely and utterly FREE pamper or adventure treat. Please Note: Our free treats have been extremely popular and as a result availability of some of the most popular treats is currently limited (in particular the pamper treats). If we are not able to provide the treat of your choice we will allocate you another treat from an available category in your area which we hope you will still enjoy.Alternatively, you have until the 29th February 2008 to claim your free treat, so if you can wait, then the chances of getting your preferred choice in 2008 will be much higher."Reclaimed thanks to this site:
