Part of the Furniture 10,000 Posts Name Dropper Bake Off Boss!
Just ordered (2 hours ago) a facial for my wife, with a secong choice of a manicure.

GOT a free day out voucher!! Nothing worth doing in this part of country.

This is a joke only got the letter this morning.

I am going to email sainsburys, just to let them know what i think of their free offers and to let them know that most of my shopping will now be done at Tescos.

We are half way between a Sains and a Tescos

I wonder whether the likelihood of getting the pampering voucher of your choice (or any pamper voucher for that matter) is dependant on where you live. I'm guessing that the demand for such vouchers is likely to uniform across all areas with, I'm guessing, back massages and head massages being the most popular. If you live in Area A there are 10 practioners participating in the scheme so your chances of getting a massage are high, but if you happen to live in area Z and there are only 2 salons involved, then you chances are pretty much zilch.
Impossible to tell as they haven't published a list of venues!

Applied for massage for the missus and got.......day out in a goat farm or an otter museum or similar useless rubbish.
    illegitimi non carborundum
  • Completely useless. Asked for photo session, got a day out voucher, nice winner for the "attraction" when we pay for the rest of the family!
  • Thanks for emailing the Nectar Free Treats team regarding your free treat
    voucher.

Unfortunately, due to the popularity of this offer there are some instances
where we have not been able to give customers their preferred treat. However,
we've done our best to find you an alternative free treat that we hope you
    enjoy.

Good job they've got an automated response, the mailbox will be pretty full!
  • Applied for a massage, second choice Indian Head massage, Got a ........................................................day out voucher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like the previous poster said, you still have to pay for rest of family. Perhaps Siansburys/Nectar are on some sort of commission
  • I jumped at the chance for a free pamper treat when my new card came through and applied straightaway but the voucher I actually got was for a day out. Wouldn't mind if the days out were any good but to be honest they are boring. I phoned up and was told that basically that was it, no other choice. Clearly they knew which treats would be popular. Another pointless waste of time with nectar.
