I wrote an email today, What a load of old carp!
Please take this treat back. I do not wish to appear ungrateful, but there is a great difference in every way possible between a back massage (or 2nd choice, a Tanning session) and a stadium tour! I would hate to take a treat from someone who may in fact want this but cannot get it as it has been allocated to me.
I would have been more than willing to accept any of the other similar beauty treats.
Prior to hosting such fantastic freebies, you may have considered the fact that many treats would be more popular than others.
I am very very disappointed that you think this an appropriate replacement for a beaty treatment! Thanks but no thanks!
I suspect a great many customers will be delighted with this offer, however a great many will, like me be disappointed.
Kind regards,
MarionI'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
I booked a treat ages ago, got a voucher through for a back massage, and called up the number to book. The place they'd allocated me was actually a psychic/spiritualist! Called the Treats line, and I was assured that I'd get a new voucher for another centre; but it's been over 3 weeks and nothing. My email to both the Treats helpline and the Nectar helpline have been ignored, and it's really not on. I know it's a freebie, but surely they should organise it better than this?2015 comp wins - £370.25
Recent wins: gym class, baby stuff
Thanks to everyone who posts freebies and comps! :j0 -
I got a Gym pass instead of Indian Head Massage or Facial, I would have been happy with anything pampering (that doesn't include a trip to the gym as far as I am concerned). The statement from Nectar above just isn't good enough, either its a free offer or it isn't, calling their helpline is not free and I won't be wasting my money on it.0

I applied online yesterday, the day I received my new card, requesting either a manicure or pedicure, but I have been given a gym pass. Not only that but it is to a gym about thirty miles away so I can't even get there, not that I want to! What a con! A gym pass is not a pampering treat as far as I am concerned.
Far from promoting Nectar, this has to be doing them untold harm with so many complaints posted on the internet. Please everyone keep on posting and maybe it will get on Watchdog which it deserves to.0 -
Requested facial or manicure and what did I get (despite staying in a large city with hundreds of salons)...... a gym pass for a gym miles and miles and miles away!!!
Not impressed!Time flies you cannot they go too fast!0 -
Gosh I'd quite like the psychic/spiritualist - that wasn't actually on offer was it? .................. still waiting for my voucher ............0

I requested a manicure or pedicure and also got a pass to a gym. This is a right scam. I asked for it on the first day Martin mentioned it.0

I applied instantly I got the letter, opting for Pedicure or Reflexology. I got a Fun Day Out - of no use to me whatever. I e-mailed Nectar with a query as to what percentage of applicants got what they asked for. Got a bog-standard reply with no satisfactory answer. Has any applicant received anything similar to what they were hoping for?? Perhaps someone from Nectar will pick this up and answer!0

I requested an indian head massage or back massage - guess what - a gym pass!!! NO use to me at all. I've had no reply to my e-mail.Grant me the serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the courage to change the one I can and the wisdom to know it's me"0

I applied for a "pamper" one because I'm epileptic - I can't use a gym for fear of drowning/crushing myself, can't go on a "day out" because I'd have to be accompanied. Can't go sphereing because, well...0
