Got my new nectar card this morning (replacing my old one - still got the old one, so guess Nectar is just updating the design). Anyway, a letter came with it saying that I can choose a free treat without having to use any points. The link is below:

  • i got tis post today as well, but can't find anything to tell me where the things are...georaphically, i don't want a manicure i need to travel 200 miles to collect, etc...is there any way of seeing where we can collect/redeem?

    littlejaffa, they allocate a venue closest to your postcode but we don't actually find out where until the voucher for the treat is emailed.

    Just rang the number and gave details of nectar card and e mail address and hoem address and gave first coice and second choice if not available.

    Lady states that the voucher will be e mailed to me in next 7 days to redeem the treat.

    I have gone for either manicure or indian head massage. Not bad for free:j

  • Just rang the helpline their system is running slow - due to demand! She is calling me back. I wish they'd put more info on the website, so you could see where & what is involved in each activity then maybe the call centre wouldn't be so busy!!
