I reckon its a con too! Got my treat letter and booked online for a pedicure....

I called them today to order a facial, they didnt take an alternative choice, so here's hoping. The girl who answered said that the web orders are causing problems, i hope I get the facial, It would be a lovely, and much needed freebie, yipee xxxThis above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man. I phoned up on the same day I got my new card through (and posted about this on the freebies board). At first, I was offered a treat over an hour's drive away (over the phone, as the website wasn't working then). After some messing about, I was told I could have a pamper treat in a town 10 miles from me. I accepted this. Nothing came. Called again and was told they'd email me out the pamper treat coupon. Got a day out coupon. Called back and was told they'd sort it out for me. Today, I got a voucher for the pamper treat I'd asked for.
Don't ring the 08whatever number. Use: 01792 645800 instead. That's TLC Swansea.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

I booked my treat over 3 weeks ago but never recieved my email voucher. When I rung up today I was told that they are experiencing issues with Hotmail accounts. Has this happened to anyone else? I rung TLC direct to give them a different email address (a bit annoyed that they never contacted me to ask if I had an alternative email address, or offered to send me a voucher by post instead). That number is 0845-2232970 if anyone needs it.
Nothing in my inbox yet ...Just completed my one-time IVA0 -
I have a hotmail account and I haven't heard a thing yet either. Suppose I had better ring up.Why is everything such hard work?0

First time i've posted - as it whole Joke of the 'treat' needs to be passed on & shared. I asked for Golf Lessions or a round of Golf, there must be hundreds of golf courses in my post code...
Instead i got a voucher which allowed me a weeks trial at my local Gym... some might be pleased but I already pay £60 a month to belong to the very same gym!0 -
