Hi All
Got my voucher through yesterday and phoned the company (re-aqua) and they didn't know anything about the promotion. The receptionist is contacting her head office and will get back to me. Fingers-crossed it should be ok.
Sorry but what is the phone number - I'm sure it was here yesturday - now seems to have gone as has the website. There is no intelligent life out there ... ask any goldfish!0 -
In answer to my own question

In answer to everyone elses question :- (from the new website)
Why didn’t everyone get a free treat?
We wanted to say thank you to everyone who's been collecting and spending Nectar points over the last few months. If you didn’t receive a free treat don’t worry, keep collecting points and you could be lucky next time. In the meantime visit nectar.com to check out our star treats. These are irresistible deals and so much more!
In answer to everyone elses question :- (from the phone)
Why doesn't my postcode match.
It it only matches to your new card which hasn't yet been dispatched to you. It will be dispatched you just have to wait for it, could be as long as February before receiving it.

I got my treat voucher promptly, but, like other money savers in this forum, it was at a venue miles away from me. I could not find the list of geographical venues they say they have on the Nectar site.
I used Nectar's On Line Chat help service to try to get a more local venue. It was unable to help me, so it was a waste of time, and I would not advise you to use this to try to sort out a venue for your treat.
I then used the phone help line. Even though they kept me waiting for a few minutes to speak to someone, they readily found a much closer treat venue to where I live. They say I can expect a new voucher by post in seven days.

Guess what - I too asked for a pamper treat and got a days out voucher. The venues listed in my area are things that are either already free (yes really!) or only cost about £2-3 entry. Hardly much of a treat compared to the pedicure I asked for!
I will try phoning the number to ask for an alternative.0 -
I requested a pedicure or reflexology.
Just had my voucher saying NOT available and have got free day out!
NOT HAPPY - have emailed them back asking where beauty treatments are available as I may travel.0 -
and another thing...........
I ordered some Cannons vouchers on 03Sep07 and they haven't come yet!:mad:0 -
Beginning to think this is all a big con to give away loads of days out vouchers because they know you won't visit on your own and then have to pay. My husband tried to get a round of golf, I know there are loads of golf courses around here that participate in these sort of things. What a suprise he ended up with a "day out voucher". No apology or nothing just an email stating your nectar treat voucher is here.0
