Have just called them (as there is no link online to book) and have been told that every Nectar card holder will receive an email voucher so that they can book it themselves, and to keep an eye on my inbox.

Hi, I recieved a letter about this & was really pleased to book a reiki treatment online, I got my voucher only to find its over 100 miles away.

I rang to see if any venues were nearer, to discover this promotion is being handled by TLC who did the disastrous herbal essences free haircut offer for which I waited nearly 6 months, I hope this is a little smoother but I wont hold my breath.
I have to print off the voucher, void it & send it to TLC for an alternative venue or treatment but the lady said there were not many of any treatments near me in Huddersfield only in Leeds or Manchester which makes quite a costly free treatment.

I got my voucher online no probs with the phone number of a pamper place quite near to me. Rang them and they had opted out of nectar quite a while ago :doh:

I've been ringing the nectar treats phone number since yesterday but I can't get through :doh::doh:

Hi All

Got my voucher through yesterday and phoned the company (re-aqua) and they didn't know anything about the promotion. The receptionist is contacting her head office and will get back to me. Fingers-crossed it should be ok.
