Just got off the phone to them (nice helpful guy) and he told me that they are having problems with online requests/site because demand is so high, but that you can still book that way and it should calm down a bit over the next few days.

Huge thankyou to the original poster. Have just booked a reiki treatment, which is supposed to be good for relieving some of the pain of fibromyalgia from which i suffer, but all of the treatments i had looked at were far too expensive (i would've had a choice of the reiki, or my prescription for that month). Now that i have this i can try the reiki for free, so thankyou thankyou thankyou!:T

I registered online this morning and got my voucher really quickly, so I called and left a message at lunchtime on the number for ‘Watkins Esoteric Centre’ that was on my Nectar treat voucher to book my massage. I’ve just had a call back, apparently they don’t do massage as she’s a psychic, not a masseuse :eek:
I guess I need to call Nectar and sort this out...:rolleyes:

BTW I had a bit of trouble doing it because my OH and I both hold different cards for the same account. As he is the 'Primary' card holder I had to book using his card, as the site wouldn't accept mine. I hope I don't have to pretend to be him on the day - don't think I could pull it off somehow;)

One word of warning - when booking, ask the person to check the areas of the places you are being allocated. I am on the county border, yet their system allocated me a place within my own county, but 50 miles away. A quick check over the border and they found a place 10 miles away. Booked that one instead!

I have that problem as well, the OH is the primary holder. But, I rang the phone number to get the treat (cos it wouldn't do it on-line) and the guy didn't say to me that my OH had to get the treat only and I made it obvious it was for me.

But we shall see....?
