Tia.. Well they were 'real' but I had them all chopped off and acrylic tips put on today.. give them 2 months and mine will have grown right out again! They are 'only' about an inch and a quarter long.. so not 'too' long really.. look fab today though so the decorating can wait until next week!!! I've actually had them done a bit longer this time than they were before though... The only thing I have problems with are collar buttons and itching my ear drum!! lol oh.. and cheap loo roll .. OUCH!!! lol

Vanilla.. it took 2 hours to soak off the old ones put on the new ones and paint them (that alone took 40 minutes!) BUT We had a right good natter and I loved it.. ME TIME!!!!!!!

Right, I'm getting there. Head is still ready to explode so I'm leaving phones "off". Sis has decided she wants to pop in to bring us some birthday cake  so between that and OH telling me that he's eating at work so if I get DD ready then we can set off more or less when he gets home, I want to get done by 3pm so I can just throw stuff in the case when OH gets in (all laid out on the bed though, but some things still need ironing :o ) and we can leave.

Spent over an hour in the laundrette and another £2.50  So, just before I go to find a video or DVD to watch (was thinking of getting an Xmas one out but I don't think I can be bothered messing around) I thought I would catch up here:
    • Dailies
      • Beds - ours in made, DD's needs a clean sheet but her stuff to take away is currently on the bed, so it can wait until she's packed.
      • [strike]Bathroom S&S[/strike]
      • Kitchen S&S (incl. dishes)
      • [strike]Wash load - sicky stuff.[/strike]
      • Tea [strike]- No idea yet [/strike] Decided on peanutbutter (and possibly jam) sandwiches, quick, easy, minimal washing up and popular :rotfl:
    • Hoover through - dust dinosaurs & sesame seeds everywhere
    • Mop downstairs, if only the kitchen!
    • [strike]Laundrette[/strike]
    • [strike]Ironing[/strike]
    • Pack for DD & me, OH can finish doing his when he gets in unless he texts/emails me things he wants putting in. I've decided for a "no just incase" pack this time, so that should halve the stuff we take :o:rotfl: Just waiting on the ironing stuff, and OH to get in so it can be decided whether we are going out or not while we're away
Right, film & ironing time. Laters

Oh and I nearly forgot, uploaded 24 items last night on ebay as we're away tonight. All stuff thats relisted so we'll wait and see
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

Just phoned hotel that we had our reception in last year as it had stated on booklet that for our first annivarsery we could go back and have a free meal, so rang today and we're booked in for tomorrow night and all free. Woo Hoo:j . Can't wait the food is lovely, now have to ask sis to babysit.

    Tea and toast.
    Kettle just going on.

Really fancy some white crust bread rolls, but have been flying in PJ's all morning and not in fit state to go to the shops just yet!

    Hi everyone,
How goes it with you all.
I've been to DS1 and DD3's History assembley this morning...also washing the kinders bedlinen.
I made it clear yesterday that today was the day that I do their rooms/ their rooms get cleaned.
I said that if their rooms were tidy, I would hoover and dust. If not , then when they get in from school, they have to tidy their rooms and then hoover and dust themselves...only DD1 hasn't tidied her room. The others have done a good job.
They were also asked to strip their beds. DD1 hasn't done that either...do you think I should make her sort that out too when she gets in?
I think, the older 2 especially, are getting to the age when they can start doing stuff for themselves or certainly play a bigger part. They already do their own washing., but I said I would do their beds for them, cause they are a bit of a faff.
Anyway, going out for lunch and then going to hoover through and wash downstairs floors, then I'm done apart from remaking beds.
I struggle to do the dishes in the evening, so I'm always faced with that first thing in the morning...you guys seem to go on all night....I've run out of steam by dinner time. I also don't do lunches etc. My 4 all make their own lunches....perhaps I'll just have to push through, I'm sure it'll be worth it!
