Morning all not started list yet. Prunned roses as builder here replacing window sills which are completely rotten and he could not get to them so I now have a lovely sented bunch of roses on my desk and a pot of caterpillers outside for DS3.
Done most of my dalies and kitchen all tidy. Going to put the stuff in the loft and sort out now before lunch and then move on from there. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

I'm not a shoe wearer either, hate the damn things! I like my feet free and comfortable  sure I was a hippy in my last life....0 -
Argh why when I try to post good news does the website play up. We now have a guarantor if we need it
just got to hope landlady accepts the rest now, saying that references were perfect. Problem now is estate agents computers are down (this is the third day and would think such a big company would have it sorted sooner!!), she can't get the landladys contact number and can't see if referencing dept have done the report. She's ringing me this afternoon with hopefully some news!!!
Feeling much more positive now, relieved aswell, so time to get that wardrobe decluttered. Today might be a better day after all, even if I did have to deal with poop first thing! One day I might be more organised...........

- How is the 5-a-day ebay challenge going??
I need to- set up sellers accoutn
- ditto on paypal
- finish photographing clothes
- get the hang of listing on turbo listing and do 10 today
- New house card for SIL and brother- fw cahnge of address to other brother and sister.
- order piano music (off amazon seem cheapest this time) add on xams presnt for nephew toqualify free postage
- decide on birthday present for neice(very late!)
- paperwork challenge also not going well! aim for 1/2 hour
- walk
- 15 minutes garden
A question about ebay Do you use mailing bags to send clothes- if so do you buy them on ebay. What is a reasonable price to pay? If not what (exactly)?
Is it best to simply accept paypal and personal cheques/postal orders?0 -
I dreamt about turbolister last night- can't remember the details. Clearly ebay is getting into our deepest consciousnesses!(not sure about sp of that last word!)0

Good afternoon everyone...hope everyone is ok.
Lil_me - i'd definitely go for the council house list, like you say you can always say no. Also, thanks for giving me a kick up the bum! I was going to procrastinate and not bother with my wardrobe but seeing as you're doing yours I feel I should do mine. Also, we've had a charity bag through the door and they're collecting tomorrow so I can get rid of stuff easily. If it doesn't fit i'm chucking it out! Scary!
Pigpen - that dresser is lovely. I'm looking forward to seeing the after piccies.
I've had a busyish morning...bought a present for DS to take to a party on Friday....put lots of cd roms on computer to help children with school work....arranged for a man to come and sort our gutters. Not sure what DH will say about that because he was going to do the gutters but he keeps putting it off and it's not that safe. Anyway, he's away this week so I got someone to give us a quote. For £95 he'll realign all the gutters, replace two broken bits, reseal all the sections. I've told him to go ahead and do it and he's coming tomorrow. Just hope DH doesn't look up when he gets home, lol!
Right, i'm rambling now. Off to empty my wardrobe.
Chat soon xxJanuary budget
