I'm up showered.. kicked 4 children out.. just waiting for the other 3 to get theirs coats on and Tiddles is still stuffing her hamster cheeks.

I have some loan papers to get back in the post today.. I hung in and they decided I could have the loan at 2% apr lower than the originan quote and that I could defer payment for 5 months.. knowing me I could have half of it paid off in 5 months lol!!! Only problem we have is needing a witness to our signatures to whom we are not related.. hhmmmm... May have to take it to school and ask a member of staff!!!

AND I broke a nail putting the washing in last night!!!!... thank heaven for glue!!

Off to school back soon !!!

School run done, just cleared out some prizes I've won at tombolas I won't use for a fundraiser that is on this weekend. Had a right mess to clean up this morning, one dog (don't know which but think it's the youngest as he was eating grass this morning and hasn't touched his food) has a bad stomach, yuk, I was actually sick dealing with it which is not like me so must have been bad. I've scrubbed it for ages and now left half a bottle of zoflora on the area which I will clean back off in a mo..

Quite a strange feeling today as no dashing around to do, well until this evening which is taking DS2 to his motor skills group then taking both boys swimming, I might go back to bed :rotfl: Still waiting for estate agents to call, might be able to sort guarantor, still waiting to hear back but should hopefully know by tonight. Someone I didn't want to have to ask but still if they will it means it's sorted.

Actually no, I think instead of going back to bed I will do some more sorting out, that wardrobe needs tackling, I think most of it can go as the door hasn't even been opened on it for months....I will also dust this laptop over, yukky to say the least so will anti bac the keys aswell. Bathroom needs a clear out too, I think I will try a system of keeping out what we will use/need for this month and box the rest up.

Hugs to all who would like/need one today, hope you all have a good day, might even be able to pop in later to catch up with you all.
One day I might be more organised...........

Hi everyone, i'm in a pickle this morning as i've lost my manual for sc and i haven't a clue how to use it.
If any one can answer this question, i'd be soooo grateful. Do i put any water between the slow cooker and pot or do i only add water to the pot???

Gonna put everything out of the toy/computer room and fix the computer desk today as it's falling apart, plus have so many broken toys that kids don't want to give up so gonna do it today while there at school and hope they don't notice.:rotfl:
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

pigpen I love that dresser - it will be super when it's all done up, I want one!

lil_me Hopefully you'll be able to get a house sorted once and for all, you must be stressed to high heaven. x

Just been into teenies room after following a smell and - when I opened the door, the dirty little beggar had a weeks worth of dirty plates/cups/glasses in there one with liquid and fungus in - bleurgh, he must sneak them up cause he's not allowed to eat up there, I'll have his guts for garters!

Cleaned the bathroom/the door and the airing cupboard door fronts, they've only been getting washed for a year - lifting they were but all sparkly now. :A
and I still haven't had any food, hold on washers finished better get those hung up outside while it's still sunny

    laters x

edit: vanilla I don't know anything about SC's but maybe you could get the manual online, some companies have them in PDF format?

    Morning all

Grey and windy here. I've put some washing out but I think it might get rained on.

Whizzed the vacuum right through downstairs and that's it. Going out soon.

School run done - DD warned that she's heading for a very early night as she hasn't shut up all morning, was playing her music LOUD (okay so she managed to wake me up, but it was still too loud for 7.15am! :o ) and then just general messing around instead of getting ready for school  Even some of the mums at school we're saying "whats got into her?" :o Oh well at least the majority of the time she behaves herself!

I've been to Asda and bought us a kingsized quilt (I'm sick of fighting for the covers AND I've been meaning to buy one for 3 years :rotfl: ) and I picked up a twin pack of bedding that was £18 - it went through the till at £13.50 due to the packaging being open :D Which worked out cheaper than buying 2 sets of Smartprice bedding (which was not our taste anyway) :money: Bought a couple of other bits as well that we needed. Don't know what I'm going to do today but my list looks like this :
    • Dailies
      • Beds
      • [strike]Bathroom S&S[/strike]
      • Kitchen S&S
      • Washing
      • Packed lunches
      • Evening meal - thinking fish, chips & mushy peas
    • Hoover through
    • Mop downstairs floors
    • Recycling out into box (might have a look and see if I have a spare plastic box which can come inside to be used for the recycling, the one the council have provided is too big to sit in our kitchen  )
    • Ironing
    • Sort out what I/DD can take away to wear over the weekend. OH is big enough and ugly enough to sort his own out :rotfl:
    • Move ebay stuff - I need to list tonight as we're away tomorrow night.
    • IF I get the new bedding washed & dried in time I also need to swap the bedding over on the beds - DD is having the double stuff and her single one is then going to be used as a spare ;)
Right, first things first though - I need to go and have a bath. I smell :o:o
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
