It isn't just the UK - milk in the US is more expensive for the same quantity.

I must admit that I don't have an issue with the price of bread as I get it, and other products 1/2 price due to my staff discount, (c/o Greggs).

My main gripe is the price of milk because I buy 6 pints a day.

6 pints costs £2.02 at cooperative btw

    I've been Money Tipped!
I have just posted a thread on what to do with all the butter I have made.

I have been buying up the double cream in Tesco. They always have a glut around Christmas. The huge 500ml post were 10p, bargain. I have made so much butter with it, it tastes so nice. I have made it into blocks and put it in the freezer.

10p makes 3 decent sized blocks.!
