Get in that cupboard under the sink and fling everything you don't use.. if it hasn't been used in the last 6 months you don't need it.. fling it!! Give it a GOOD scrub out before replacing the things you do use and need to keep. Feel free to get carried away and do more cupboards!!!

Clean light fittings, skirtings even the ones behind furniture. Clean fire-surrounds. Wipe sofa's down.

I don't know how far I'll get with the DC challenges this week, as started behind myself so as to speak, but I'll do what I can. Ok, I'm off to get the dinner on the go and do the watering whilst it cooks.

YL - how was your day? x
I hope Frizzle, BM and Dancemum are all ok x

Had a lovely afternoon with DS. He can be such a good boy when he wants to be lol! The ladies of the village always comment on how cute he is :) We nipped in to the local charity shop and I spotted some Fireman Sam bits so I will go back tomorrow and buy those to put away for Christmas. I could have bought them today but had managed a NSD and didnt want to ruin it :o I know, I'm a saddo.

It is very chilly here, we are all snuggled up in our dressing gowns.

    Have lovely evenings all x

    Hi all

    Hugs Donna x

Thanks for the good wishes, the meeting I was worrying about was postponed - aaargh! I have already agreed a price with this contractor and he is now trying to negotiate which cant be done but I cant upset him because we are struggling to find anyone else to do the work. Ah well best not think about it now until we meet next week.

Tired. Two lots of paid stuff, dog walked, have dusted the LR and run the carpet sweeper around. Everyone is fed and the kitchen is tidy. Will put a load of washing in before bed but thats it for me for today.

ATypical that made me smile. My eldest (nearly 18) loved Fireman Sam and I am sure somewhere in the depths of his cupboard is his cuddly Fireman Sam that he absolutely adored.

    See you all tomorrow x

    Morning

Yesterday did not go as planned. Between falling asleep, having long orders to put through for work, then works website playing up, I didn't get to Mr A so I NEED to go today. I sent DD to the corner shop for bread while I swore lots at the website and she came back with milk loaf, which is so small its almost gone already. :( She also washed up most of the dishes (leaving just glass oven dishes and the like as she can't stack stuff very well in the drainer when it's full) and cleared the small ironing pile so at least something was done.
