For Days Inn, yes, if you can find it cheaper elsewhere - watch the breakfast as this is how they tend to get out of it.

well booked luton for next fri before paris. booked the bouble but they refused to match the rate because i had booked a disabled room and the comparison was a double. I emailed back the man/woman and said i would cancel, rebook a twin and resubmit which I did and it was agreed!

Can someone help me just check this? looking to stay 1 night at ramada encore in york fri 15th feb 2008. ramada says £78 for a double, laterooms says £68. both say complimentary breakfast. just seems a bit too easy- do I do a screengrab of the actual page of the booking when I have completed all my details? Any other info gratefully received- 20th anniversary & will be 1st night childless since April 20th 2007!!

I might be wrong, but I don't think you can claim for Ramadas in the UK, since they changed the T&C. Best check them out.

Sorry but the Best Price Guarantee has changed and the "First Night Free" offer now only applies to Ramada hotels in the USA and Canada.

have just re-read through as well and noted it has to be a days inn hotel- none in york or edinburgh which was 2nd choice. never mind. cheers

oh this looks great! tomorrow think ill have a look for a days in in scotland to take OH up for 2 days for his b-day in may (one night in each of our names lol)

Not sure if this is of use to anyone, or whether it'll be successful yet, but just managed to find a better rate for Days Inn Hyde Park for 11th December.

I've been checking this one for a few weeks but no other site could beat their rate of £105 for a double; checked again today and their rate has increased to £120 so Priceline.co.uk works out cheaper at £118.

I've just put a claim in so I'll let you know if it's been successful.

What a drama trying to find a cheaper room for one of the london hotels for either 4th or 5th April next year (or both). If anyone can recommend any sites to check against please let me know. I have tried hotel pronto and asia rooms and a few others via searching on google.
