I had my free stay at Ramada London Docklands over the weekend. Got the confirmation from Ramada US saying they will honour the claim and had no problems with the hotel! Thanks to the OP!

Well, I've just fired off an email to Red Breasted Avian Creature (thanks TBeckett100) seeking assurance that my 3 stays at Chester will in fact be free.

Interestingly, I have not received anything at all from Ramada Newton Park (where I have 2 successful claims) but have also requested clarification for those as well.

I'm getting the stonewall from Gatwick.

No return of phone calls and apparently they've not received my emails...

Funny that, they got through before they declined this offer!

Finally, in THIS post, I mentioned that £14.50 was showing as 'Tracked' in my Quidco account. Despite me cancelling the reservation, this has today changed to 'Validated'!

    Damn! Forgot about quidco! :o

Don't worry, Quidco only has www.ramadajarvis.co.uk and not www.ramada.com. See my post HERE for details of how and why I went via Quidco

...Not very flush here and this sounds excellant, but dont want to screw it up

...if anybody can help me(i know some of you are expert at these kinds of things), then it would be great.

...Looking for a good hotel in the group, and a good room anywhere in the LA area for a night between the 16th-22nd October.

check out DaysInn.com and try comparing with expedia or e-bookers?
Days still say they'll give a free room if you can find it cheaper .....

Just had the standard e-mail off Ramada Ealing saying my free stay is being revoked.

Anyone had any experiences with Ealing yet?

Just had an out of office auto-reply from Red Breast - back in office on Wednesday October 2 [I presume that means Wednesday October 3] at 8am.

I sent an email to Hyde park saying I'd be late and querying why the room was now showing as a Double as opposed to an Exec.

At 17:09 got the standard "Your claim is not valid"

At 17:24 got an email from the same person stating
"If you have read my previous email, please disregard this, as this was not meant for you
Wonder who it was for then

    Went on to say

I can confirm the details you have mentioned are indeed correct and that I have noted your arrival time on your reservation

Do they actually know what they're doing :D
