Umm.. looks like there's software you can get to do it, or you could ask nicely and someone might do it for you

On my laptop it is towards the top right, sharing the same key as Insert - I have to press the Fn key, which is next to the bottom left Ctrl key, at the same time.

If you can't figure out how to use Windows utilities to capture the screen then use the millions of free software downloads that can do it.

re family rooms

i tried to book 2 rooms as we have two kids and said only 1 free room as same surname, one per household etc, so it said 2 adults on the confirmation so i phoned the hotel direct and asked them to put in an extra bed to the room and on an email tonight chris from reservations USA says that phone the hotel direct and you could ask for extra bed but it does say any change of no of guests will nullify free room.

what am i best to do here?

A) cancel
ask the hotel direct to email me with details

any advice appreciated
