    Hi

Im also looking for London for 2 adults, 1 child for December 21st. Everything on expedia is same price or dearer. I think Ramamda have sorted this out. Can anyone help me find something? Any help appreciated.

Did you check Ramada Encore london west? they have double w/ sofabed on expedia for about £10 cheaper than the ramada site.
  • i put in a claim around this time yesterday, i got the 1st email so sent snap shot then got seond email saying must be confirmation so i sent that, ive not heard anything back yet and ive noticed that i booked 2 rooms (one in my name, one in husbands name) have the same surname and ref number, do you think it will be unlikely ive got both or even one of them? Thanks all, hope everyone else gets their rooms

I got the e-mail saying it was in two different currencies. I e-mailed back saying it was in expedia.co.uk in £sterling and in Ramada.com in £sterling. I put the origional claim in yesterday morning, received their e-mail yesterday evening and e-mailed back at once. I have heard nothing since last night. Did anyone who contested the different currency get a reply.

Yes I had that excuse and did the same as you e mailed several times and eventually had reply with other various excuses latest one being the screenshot not right.

Hi thanks for the reply. Its actually dearer at expedia (79.90) as opposed to (75.95) Ramada.

The £75.95 doesnt include breakfast, so I would presume it is compared against the £65.80 price.

    When I look, I'm seeing:-

    Expedia.co.uk - Standard Double and Sofa Bed - £65.80
    Ramada.com - Standard Room 1 Double and 1 Sofa Bed - £75.95

I reckon you should book it quick, take screenshots of everything and get a claim sent. You can always cancel if it gets rejected.

Dont forget the get a screenshot of the page where you enter your credit card details on expedia lol

"final booking page where the credit card information would be entered"

  • Thank you sooooo much for this. I just got the guts to try this and have just sent off my claim for the London Encore hotel - £75.95 on ramada and £65.80 on expedia for standard double bed room on the 14th dec. Yey! I have made sure i have taken lots of screenshots and have read through this post to make sure theres nothing they can really fault. Fingers crossed hey!
